Product Information
The product includes two screws with the item number M90091. The screws are used for assembly purposes.
Product Usage
- Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to the illustration provided in the user manual for parts identification.
- Turn off the power to the installation point before beginning the assembly process.
- Install proper bulbs (not included) into each socket, referring to the markings and/or labels on the fixture for maximum wattage.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification.
- Turn the power to the installation point OFF.
- Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and installation
- Install proper bulbs (not included into each socket referring to the markings and/or labels on the fixture for maximum wattage
- Install the glass shade (4), over the socket (1).
- Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.
