KEY FEATURES & FUNCTIONS
SMARTPHONE CONTROL
Built-in intelligent WIFI capability and Smart Control function allows you to
operate the unit with standard Android or iOS smartphones. See Owner’s Manual
for more details.
MULTI FAN SPEEDS
Whether operating in either Cool or Heat mode, the indoor fan can be set to
your choice of seven different speeds (Ultra-Low, Low,Low-Medium, Medium,
Medium-High, High or Turbo) to achieve maximum comfort.
DRY MODE
During warm humid conditions, selecting this mode will increase moisture
removal in your room for added indoor comfort. Fan speed cannot be adjusted in
Dry Mode.
X-FAN MODE
In humid areas, this Dry Coil function allows indoor fan to run for a pre-
determined time after unit is turned off (in Cool or Dry modes) to ensure that
additional moisture is removed from coil.
POWER FAILURE FUNCTION
Your settings and parameters are stored in non-volatile memory and are
retained during a power failure.
I FEEL MODE
This function senses the temperature at the remote controller instead of at
the indoor unit in Cool mode. It then adjusts airflow and temperature
accordingly for the ultimate in personal comfort control and energy savings.
SLEEP MODE
Choose one of three selectable sleep cycles to automatically adjust room
temperatures during your sleep time to maximize comfort and reduce utility
bills.
INTELLIGENT PRE-HEATING
In Heat mode, the system delays fan activation until the coil has warmed up to
prevent blowing uncomfortable cool air into the room.
SELF-DIAGNOSIS
The built-in computer uses real-time diagnostics to continuously scan for
errors or malfunctions. Fault codes are shown on the unit display to
facilitate troubleshooting.
FAQs
Why does the fan continue to run even when the unit is not cooling or
heating?
To maintain consistent temperatures and minimize energy loss from constant
starts and stops, the fan keeps air flowing past the thermostat.
What temperature is displayed on the remote controller?
The remote always displays your desired indoor temperature. (You may view
current indoor temperature, as well as desired temperature, on the indoor
unit’s Front Panel Display.)
What happens if the remote is lost or damaged?
Use the Aux button to manually operate the unit. Lift up the front panel
section on the indoor unit and locate the button on the right-hand side. Press
the button to turn the unit ON or OFF. (Not all functions will be available.)
Press again to cancel Aux Mode and transfer control back to the remote
controller.
