How to Insert Batteries

  • Insert the supplied AAA batteries into the battery compartment slot. Insert the electrode end first, then insert the body.

  • Be careful of polarity when inserting batteries.

  • Replace batteries when the movement of the mouse cursor becomes rough.

  • Turn off trackball when replacing batteries.

  • Use new AAA alkaline batteries when replacing batteries.

  • Leaving expired batteries in the trackball may result in leakage; be sure to remove batteries when expired.

Connection with Mouse

Pairing method for the first time

  1. Turn on the power switch of the trackball, press and hold the pairing button for a few seconds, the LED blinks and the device enters the pairing mode.
  2. When the following model name is displayed on the device side, the pairing has been successfully completed with the operation method on the device side.

Device name: “SANWA nino”

After Pairing Operation is complete

  • When the power switch on the mouse is turned “on”, it will be connected to the device automatically.

Multi-pairing Setting Method

It supports multi-pairing that can register up to 3 terminals and switch connections.

  1. When the power switch on the back of the mouse is turned on, the LED will light up for a while.
  2. Press and hold the connection switching button, the LED will blink red in sequence: once twice > three times. Each mode can be paired with one terminal.
  3. Select the mode you want to pair, then press and hold the pairing button. The rest of the process is the same as above.

How to Clean the Trackball

  1. Using a pen or other object, push the ball out of the trackball removal hole on the reverse side of the trackball.
    • When pushing the ball, the ball may roll or drop. Please take it out carefully.
  2. Use a cotton swab to remove dust from the trackball and the trackball contact surface.
    • When cleaning the sensor part, be careful not to damage the sensor
    • Do not use wet or moist objects when cleaning.
  3. Replace the ball to the original position.

Customize Buttons

Once you download the driver software from the website, you can use the button programming function. To use custom keystrokes, you need to keep the software enabled.

  3. Save and open the file.

Troubleshooting

  • Q. Trackball (mouse cursor) doesn’t move?
1.  **A.** Check to make sure the pairing has been severed. (see Step 9)
2. Make sure that the batteries have been correctly inserted. Make sure that the trackball’s power has not been switched to OFF.
3. The battery level may be low; try replacing the battery.
  • Q. lf the trackball is not moved for some time, it takes a few moments to start up?
    • A. The trackball (mouse cursor) doesn’t move.
    • if the product is not moved for some time, it enters sleep mode to conserve the battery. Pressing the button on the mouse will restore movement, but it will take a few seconds.
  • Q. The cursor or scroll movement is not smooth?
    • A. When the trackball does not move smoothly, try cleaning it.
