How to Insert Batteries

Insert the supplied AAA batteries into the battery compartment slot.
Insert the electrode end first, then insert the body.

  • Be careful of polarity when inserting batteries.

  • Before using it for the first time, please make sure there is battery power rema1n1ng

  • Replace batteries when the movement of the mouse cursor becomes rough, or when the blue LED sensor does not turn on.

  • Turn off mouse when replacing batteries.

  • Use new AAA alkaline batteries when replacing batteries.

  • Leaving expired batteries in the mouse may result in leakage; be sure to remove batteries when expired.

How to connect mouse

*Note: It is recommended that other applications be closed before connecting the mouse.

  1. Turn on the PC power and completely switch on the OS.
  2. Connect this product to the USB port of the PC.
  3. Hardware detection will begin immediately, and a wizard for updating the device driver will start up (installation is automatically completed for Mac products).

Sleep Mode

  • The mouse will turn into sleep mode if not being used for a while.
    By clicking the mouse, it will come back to work from the sleep mode. Sometimes, however, the mouse may become unstable when suddenly being operated.

  • lf the mouse enters the sleep mode without the receiver connected to the computer, it will not recover from the sleep mode even if you click on it. Connect the receiver to the computer before clicking.

Customize Buttons (Windows only)

Once you download the driver software from the website, you can use the button programming function.

  • To use custom keystrokes, you need to keep the software enabled.

Troubleshooting

Q. Mouse (mouse cursor) doesn’t move.
A.

  1. Make sure that the batteries have been correctly inserted.
    Make sure that the mouse’s power has not been switched to OFF. (see “8 How to Insert Batteries”)

  2. The battery level may be low; try replacing the battery. (see “8. How to Insert Batteries”)

Q. If the mouse is not moved for some time, it takes a few moments to start up. The mouse (mouse cursor) doesn’t move.
A. If the product is not moved for some time, it enters sleep mode to conserve the battery. Pressing the button on the mouse will restore movement, but it will take a few seconds.
Q. The mouse cursor movement is not smooth.
A. Although the blue LED is a high performance sensor, there are times when the cursor does not move smoothly when used on a surface that reflects light, such as a mirror, or a transparent surface such as glass.
Also, the tracking performance may degrade on regularly patterned surfaces.
