To charge, connect the supplied USB cable to the device connector 6 and the supplied USB charge adapter. If the connection is correct (charging process), the LED ring 4 pulsates. The more closed the LED ring, the higher the charge level of the battery:

- Select one of the three attachments (multidirectional massage roller, natural bristle silicone brush, silicone brush) and press the attachment firmly against the attachment plate on the appliance.
- Switch on the unit by pressing the function button 2. The device starts to work at low intensity, which is accompanied by the lighting up of half the LED ring 4. If you press function key 2 again, the device switches to high intensity and the full LED ring 4 lights up.

- When massaging, do not concentrate on the same part of the body for too long (max. 1 minute), but change the massage area more frequently during the application.
- An application should not last longer than 15 minutes (after this time the device will automatically switch-off). Use the device regularly so that the positive effect will appear.
- If you want to switch off the unit manually, press the function button 2 again when unit is in high intensity mode.

NOTES
- If you find direct application to the skin uncomfortable, you can also place a towel between the skin surface and the device during application.
- Application e.g. after bathing increases the circulation-promoting massage effect, as the body is already warm.
