ASSEMBLY
- Insert and connect 9V battery into weigh scale.
- Remove the Spreader Bar (S) from lifter boom (B) and retain items marked ‘X’.
IMPORTANT
- Some lifters have a link (L) which will force the weigh scale to mount side-ways on lifters.
- This link may be removed to allow the weigh scale to mount directly to the boom however the installer needs to check the weigh scale fits correctly and allows free movement without interference when installed.
- The link (L) is to be retained when installing on Aspire 200 lifters.
- If removing the link then ensure it is kept in a safe location for when lifter is used without the Aspire inline Weigh Scale.
- Aspire 200 Lifter boom shown below. Your lifter boom may vary. Do not remove any part of the lifter boom (including any extension pieces).
- Assemble the weigh scale as shown below. Note that items marked ‘X’ are retained from Step 2.
WARNING!
For normal assembly: ensure the latch from spreader bar is installed on the opposite side to the top split ring
NOTE :
- Image is for illustration purposes only and actual installation may differ depending on lifter and whether the link L is retained.
