Thank you for choosing Silver Cross. We hope you love your new Silver Cross Moses Basket. Made from the best natural and organic materials, it comes with a super-soft organic cotton liner and luxury coir mattress with organic cotton cover.
Your child’s safety may be affected if you do not follow these instructions.
Your Moses Basket is a high quality Silver Cross product. It meets current
safety standards and care and regular light maintenance will ensure its long
service.
If somebody unfamiliar is using your Moses Basket, always ensure that they
read these instructions carefully so that they understand how the product
works best.
The Moses Basket complies with EN1466:2014
If you have any problems with the Moses Basket, please contact your Silver
Cross retailer who will take appropriate action.
WARNINGS:
ENSURE ALL BASKET LINER TIE CORDS ARE FIRMLY BOW TIED BEFORE EACH USE. DO NOT
LEAVE UNTIED, LOOSE OR LOOPED CORDS INSIDE THE MOSES BASKET.
THIS PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR A CHILD WHO CANNOT SIT UP UNAIDED, ROLL OVER AND
CANNOT PUSH ITSELF UP ON ITS HANDS AND KNEES.
MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF THE CHILD: 9 KG, OR 6 MONTHS OLD, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
ONLY USE ON A FIRM, HORIZONTAL LEVEL AND DRY SURFACE.
DO NOT LET OTHER CHILDREN PLAY UNATTENDED NEAR THE MOSES BASKET.
DO NOT USE IF ANY PART OF THE MOSES BASKET IS BROKEN, TORN OR MISSING. DO NOT
LEAVE FLEXIBLE CARRYING HANDLE INSIDE THE MOSES BASKET.
ONLY REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES APPROVED BY SILVER CROSS SHOULD BE
USED. BE AWARE OF THE RISK OF OPEN FIRES, GAS FIRES ETC. IN THE NEAR VICINITY
OF THE MOSES BASKET. THE HANDLES AND THE BOTTOM OF THE MOSES BASKET SHOULD BE
CHECKED REGULARLY FOR SIGNS OF DAMAGE AND WEAR. BEFORE CARRYING OR LIFTING,
MAKE SURE THAT THE HANDLE IS IN THE CORRECT POSITION OF USE. IF THE MOSES
BASKET IS INTENDED TO BE USED WITH A STAND, IT SHALL BE CHECKED THAT THE STAND
IS OF THE APPROPRIATE SIZE TO ACCOMMODATE THE BASE OF MOSES BASKET.
THE HEAD OF THE CHILD IN THE MOSES BASKET SHOULD NEVER BE LOWER THAN THE BODY OF THE CHILD. DO NOT ADD A MATTRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE PROVIDED.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
Always check your Moses Basket for signs of wear. Do not soak or submerge. Fabric items – Please refer to the wash care instructions on each individual item’s wash care label.
