Product Safety Guidelines

Product Use :

DO NOT expose the product to any liquids. Do not immerse the product in water. DO NOT leave the batteries out in the rain or near a source of moisture. Moisture in the device could cause short circuits, component failure, fires or even an explosion.
Using the product above 140°F (60°C) may cause fire or explosion. Using the product below 32°F {0°C) will severely affect the performance of the product. Allow the product to return to a normal operating temperature before using.
DO NOT use the batteries in strong electrostatic or electromagnetic environments. Otherwise, the control board of battery may malfunction and cause a serious accident during use.
Avoid collision. DO NOT place heavy objects on the machine.

Product Charging:

ONLY use BougeRV approved charging cables. BougeRV does not take any responsibility for any damage caused by using non-BougeRV charging cables.
When charging, please place the product on the ground with no flammable or combustible materials around.
To prevent accidents, never leave the the product unattended during charging.
DO NOT charge the product immediately after a long-time heavy load because of the overheated battery. Cool the battery down to normal temperature before charging it.

Product Storage:

If a low-battery warning appears, charge the product before storing it. Otherwise, long-term storage may cause damage to t.he batteries. Batteries in the product will enter hibernation mode if they are depleted and stored for a long t ime. Recharging the product can bring the battery out of hi vernation.
DO NOT place the product near a heat source, such as a car in direct sunlight, a fi re source, or a heating stove.
Store the product in dry environment. Pl ease keep the product away from water.

Product Maintenance:

Temperature for normal use and storage of th is product 1s 32’F to 10$’F (0’C to 40’C) Cold temperature (below freezing) can affect the unit’s battery capaci ty due to the chemical characteristics of the battery. Keep the power station wit hin the environment temperature range, 32 to 105″‘F (0 to 40°C) to prolong battery life.
If the product is not used for a long t ime, the battery lifo may be reduced.
Please keep FLASH-300 fully recharged at least once a month, 0%-100%. Please recharge the battery, when the capacity of the display is less than 20%.

Travel Notice:
Do Not bring this product on fiights.

Operating instructions

| Long press 2s to turn on/off the FLASH-300, short press to wake up/ turn off the screen. (After turning on the power, the other four buttons can be turned on normally. )

| How to switch frequency?

Display Screen

Whether your are charging or discharging, the screen will turn off automatically after 30s. Short press any five buttons can wake up the display screen

ECO Function

Turn off automatically after 5 minutes while there is no input or output. USB port turns off automatically while the output is lower than 3W for one hour. DC & AC port turn off automatically while the output is lower than SW for one hour.

Alarm Function

All abnormal states are accompanied by error codes or buzzer warnings. FLASH-300 can resume work after the abnormality is cancelled automatically.

Smart Display

It lights up when FLASH-300 is recharging from solar panel.
It lights up when FLASH-300 is recharging from wall outlets.
It lights up when FLASH-300 is charging other devices from car charging port.
It shows the current electricity frequency of the unit.
It lights up when the inverter over 80 °C/176°F.
It lights up the ambient temperature is below 0°C / 32°F when charging & below -20°C / -4°F when discharging.
It lights up when the electronic devices overall are drawing over 605W Watt.
It will display 10 codes under different abnormal states.

AC Charging

BougeRV’s fast-charge technology is specifically for AC charging, offering 600W of max input power. In case of unusual situations (ex. thunderstorm weather) where the AC input current remains higher than lSA, the charging input port will initiate the self-protection function and the overload protection switch will automatically. After confirming the charging environment is safe and the product is normal, you can press the overload protection switch to resume recharging.

Car Charging

You can recharge the product through the Car Charging Input Port. It supports 13.5V car chargers and 10A Max charging current. To avoid failure to start due to insufficient car battery, please confirm that the vehicle has been started before using the car charger. BougeRV takes no responsibility for any loss or damages caused by failing to follow instructions.

PV Solar Charging

Support solar panels to be connected in series and parallel. The total voltage after series connection must be less than 45V. The total current after parallel connection must less 25A.
The built-in MPPT controller automatically recognizes the input voltage of the solar panel and tracks the maximum voltage to ensure max power input.

How to charge in series?
The panel can be wired in series to produce the expected voltage output.

How to charge in parallel?
The solar panel can be wired in parallel to produce the expected current output with the solar parallel connector.

How to charge in series-parallel?
Using four 200w panels to connect in series and then in parallel, FLASH-300 support 600W Max Input, 0-90% for half an hour. The output of solar panels is affected by light and the angle of position, so there will be a loss of about 20%, if you want to achieve the maximum input of 600W, we recommend you combine with 800W solar panels.

FAQ

Q1: Can the FLASH-300 be charged while using?****

A: Yes, the FLASH-300 allows pass-through charging BUT we don’t recommend you to do that which will bring damage to the battery.
Tips: Using appliances under 100% full battery, appliances will only use the AC and the capacity of the power station will not decrease.

Q2: Why is the remaining usage time on the display inconsistent with the actual use?****

A: Because the power of the appliance is in a dynamic fluctuation range, the software algorithm is calculated based on the real-time power, the actual use time will have a certain deviation from the display screen, this is a normal phenomenon.

Q3: What should I do if I want to use the car cigarette port to charge the FLASH-300?****

A: You can use the cigarette to Anderson adaptor we provide, and then insert the Anderson into the FLASH-300, around 735W Max.
