PRODUCT DETAILS
- WIRELESS CHARGING INDICATOR Briefly press the power button to begin wireless charging. The green light indicates a ready state for charging. If no Qi-enabled devices are close to the Qi pad within 20 seconds, it will turn off.
- POWER BUTTON Briefly press the power button to check battery levels or to enable the Qi pad for wireless charging. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on/off the LED flashlight.
- QI PAD (WIRELESS CHARGING AREA) Place Qi-enabled devices in this area for wireless charging
- ANTI-SLIP RUBBER MAT This rubber circle helps prevent devices from sliding off the charging pad.
- DUAL LED FLASHLIGHT Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on/off.
- USB-C INPUT (5V 2.1A) Use this port to charge the power bank with a USB-C cable (included).
- USB OUTPUT (5V 2.1A) Use this port for charging devices via cable
- MICRO-USB INPUT (5V 2.1A) Use this port to charge the power bank with a micro-USB cable (not included).
- SOLAR CHARGING INDICATOR This green light indicates if solar charging is occurring. Maximum charging occurs with light intensity of at least 25,000 lux and full panel exposure to light.
- BATTERY POWER INDICATOR These blue lights indicate battery level and cabled charging. Each light is 25% battery level (so two lights would be 50% battery, three lights is 75% and four lights is 100% battery level). When charging the power bank, these flash in sequence until fully charged.
- SOLAR PANEL This works best under full sunlight (25,000 lux or higher). With optimal light conditions, the charge current is 180mA.
QUICKSTART GUIDE
NOTE: It is advised to use the solar charging feature as an emergency backup solution instead of the main power source, due to variable sunlight intensity and panel conversion rates. Make sure that your power bank is fully charged using a power outlet before starting a long trip.
USING YOUR POWER BANK AS A CHARGE

FAQs
Can this unit be charged with a USB as well or just solar energy?
Depends on what you mean by “charge via solar.” The solar cell’s maximum (absolute maximum, 100% efficiency and unobstructed engagement) charge rare is 180 mA/hr. At 10,000 mA, you’re talking 55 hours, 38 minutes of direct, high intensity, unobstructed and optimized light. Considering the average North American summer day produced 7.5 hours like this, with a total of 15.5 hours of any light…you’re talking 2 to 3 weeks to charge the piece of crap.
How long does it take to be fully charged by sunlight?
The quoted 180mA/hr. is way too low to be useful. There is another model that is barely more expensive and since it has more solar cell surface area, they say it charges from sunlight at 6A/hr. (which is 6000mA/hr.): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09L198HC2/
Does the solar panel actually work or just for decoration? How do I know if it’s charging the internal battery?
There are 5 little blue lights to show it’s charging. I’m hoping the solar will be a plus. I’m not sure how long it will take to charge the device in the window. Our days are getting shorter. It’s in the window now. It was charged when I got it. It worked great. Charged my galaxy s9 plus in an Otterbox.
Have yet to see any solar battery pack this size actually charge to full in bright sunlight. Can owners confirm it charges to full and how long?
Not sure if it ever filled up completely from the sun but at first use in the grand Tetons it seemed to get full charge with sun and or electricity, however now one year later it never gets past one light (of four) to indicate charge and it sits in a sunny window all day, every day.
Does this device charge wirelessly?
Yes it does charge the phone wirelessly. I have an iPhone 11Pro Max and it will charge it wirelessly, you just have to pay the phone on the opposite side of the solar panels of the charger.
can it be charged with type c and micro USB same time ?
No you have to choose one or the other and the type c on this is no faster than the micro USB.
Can I leave it in a car
As we claimed on the product page. Don’t place the power bank in conditions unsuitable for human beings like car dashboard under strong sunlight without cooling air. You can leave it in car when the cooling air is open, and do not place it in car under strong sunlight without cooling air.
I cannot turn off the flashlight. Only the green dot is on. It is not in the blue charging mode but I cannot get the flashlight off.
On the upper left hand edge is the power button. Hold it down for 5 seconds and the flashlights will turn on. Hold it down again for 5 seconds and the flashlight will turn off.
How long does it take to charge by sunlight?
It’s like a week in the sunlight, to get a full enough charge to fill an iPhone, but if you fill it off the wall, before a trip, and leave it in the sun most of the time, it’ll get you through several days of usage on a mobile device.
How do you turn the light off when not needed?
It will charge longer than you think. I love it.
How bright is the flashlight?
It is brighter then smart phone light, but if you are dumb like me and expected it to be bright as a flash light, it’s not.
Can you take this on a plane?
I understand that power bank over 20,000mAh is not allowed to be carried onto plane over here in Singapore. So I guess 10,000mAh is able to be brought on plane, but I am not so sure if you are allowed to hand carry it though.
Does this work with Blackberry?
