  • The LifeGoods HandHeld Massager can help relax the feet, calves, shoulders, neck, back, muscles, arms, and legs. The motor can produce up to 3600 pulses per minute to relieve pain effectively. With 5 mas-sage heads, 4 modes and 2 speed settings. After using 20 minutes, it will automatically be stopped to prevent the massager from overheating. The Massager is cordless and easy to carry with you whenever and wherever you want.

General

  • Be aware of the risks and consequences resulting from misuse of the Handheld Massager. Misuse of the Handheld Massager can result in personal injury, or destruction of the instrument/appliance/device and of the installations.
  • Use the Handheld Massager only for purposes described in this user manual.
  • If the Handheld Massager malfunctions, is dropped or (appears to be) damaged in any manner, do NOT use the Handheld Massager and contact  Customer Service.
  • The Handheld Massager is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.
  • Do NOT leave the Handheld Massager unattended when in use. When you are not using the Handheld Massager, turn the device off and disconnect the device from the power socket
  • Do NOT disconnect the Handheld Massager from its power supply by pulling the cable.
  • Do NOT carry or pull the device by its cable.
  • Make sure that you do NOT trip over the cable. The cable should not be kinked, trapped or twisted.
  • Do NOT insert any objects into the openings of the device. Make sure that the movable parts can always move freely and no objects are jammed.
  • Do NOT use the device in bed.
  • Make sure to keep your fingers and hair away from the moving parts, to avoid injuries.
  • Switch off the Handheld Massager when you are removing or attaching a massager head.

Persons and Use

  • This device should NOT be used by persons (including children) with physical, sensory or mental disabili-ties, or persons (including children) with lack of experience with and knowledge of the device, unless they are supervised or have been given instruction concerning the use by a person responsible for their safety. Keep the Handheld Massager away from children below the age of 16 when using and storing. We recom-mend to only use the Handheld Massager if you are 16 or over.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
  • Do NOT use the Handheld Massager:
  • If you are pregnant;
  • If you have unexplained abdominal pain or pain in the calves;
  • If you have a cold with high temperatures, varicose veins, thromboses, jaundice, diabetes, nerve disorders (e.g. sciatica) or acute inflammation;
  • On bones (e.g, joints,spine) the head, the throat area, the genital area, around the kidneys, or other sensi-tive areas;
  • On burned or sensitive skin, swollen or inflamed areas, areas with poor circulation, broken or injured skin, bruises, or areas with skin rashes;
  • On unconscious or sleeping people.
  • Do NOT fall asleep while using the massager on yourself. Using the massager in the same place for a long time can cause complaints and burns.
  • Do NOT use the Massager in the same place for a long time as it can cause complaints and burns.
  • It is best NOT to use this device directly before retiring – the massage that it delivers has a stimulating effect and may delay sleep.

Medical remarks

  • This device is NOT a substitute for treatments administered by doctors or physiotherapists.
  • Persons with cardiac pacemakers, artificial joints or electronic implants should consult their doctor before using the Handheld Massager and should never massage the region of and around the heart.
  • If you feel any pain or discomfort from use of the Handheld Massager, or find the massage unpleasant, stop the treatment and consult your doctor.

Electronics

  • Do NOT reconstruct, repair or disassemble the Handheld Massager. This can damage the device. For safe-ty reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to prevent hazards, always send the Handheld Massager to the service centre for repairs.

  • Make sure your outlet supplies the correct power voltage to avoid damage to the Handheld Massager. Always check the power cord and plug before using the Handheld Massager Do NOT operate the Hand-held Massager if the cord or plug are damaged. A damaged. cord or plug must be replaced by a qualified person in order to avoid damages and personal injuries.

  • Only use the adapter provided by LifeGoods.

  • Do NOT use the Handheld Massager in or near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or over a basin filled with water.
    Make sure to prevent any contact with water. Do NOT submerge the Handheld Massager in water. If water does get inside the casing, turn the  Handheld Massager off immediately and contact our customer service. Do NOT operate the device with damp or wet hands and do NOT touch the power cord with damp or wet hands.
    If the power fails during usage, turn off the Handheld Massager immediately and pull the plug from the socket.

  • The Handheld Massager heats up during use. Do NOT use the device if you are sensitive to heat.

  • Keep the Handheld Massager away from moisture, heat and in or close to areas where the surrounding temperature is relatively hot (e.g. stoves or other sources of heat).

  • Do NOT cover the Handheld Massager when it is switched on. Never put blankets or cushions on top of or against the Handheld Massager. This poses a risk of fire, electric shock or injury.

  • Do NOT use the Handheld Massager for longer than 20 minutes to avoid overheating. Let the device cool down before using it again.

  • Only use the adapter, massage heads and accessories provided by LifeGoods, to avoid overheating, explosions, electric shocks, fire, other damages and personal injuries.

Receiving Your Shipment

When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Operating Instructions

Charge the Massager before use. The charging light is red when charging and green when charging is complete.The Handheld Massager cannot be used during charging.
If you keep the device in the same place for too long, it can be painful and cause burns!
The Handheld Massager is equipped with a Safety auto shut-off after 20 minutes of continuous use to prevent the Handheld Massager from overheating.
If you apply too much pressure the Handheld Massager will stop automatically.

Use
Choose the preferred Massage Head and attach it to the Massager
Click on the On/Off button to turn on the Handheld Massager. The green power light will light up when the device is turned on.
Choose the preferred mode by clicking on the Mode button and choose your preferred speed by clic-king on the Increase or Decrease Power buttons (please check the product features for the modes and speed).
If you are not using the Massager for an extended period of time, keep the power turned off. Charge the Massager every month to make the batteries last longer.

Troubleshooting

If the Handheld Massager does not work:
Make sure the Massager is fully charged, if so, the power light should be green;
Reset the Massager by turning the power off. Charge the Massager for approximately 3 seconds then turn it back on;
Replace the battery.
If the Handheld Massager does not start right away:
It takes up to 3 seconds for the Massager to start;
If the Massager does not start after approximately 3 seconds, turn it back off and contact customer service.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Unplug the Handheld Massager prior to cleaning. Use a soft damp cloth and non- abrasive cleaners. Do NOT submerge the Massager in water or any other liquids and keep it away from solvents and harsh detergents.

Storage
Store the Handheld Massager in a clean, cool and dry place. Do not store the device in extreme high or extreme low temperatures.

Disposal – Recycle
Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the Handheld Massager with the house-hold waste. For proper recycling, please take these products to a designated collection point. Please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for further details of your nearest designated collection point.

Service and Warranty

    LifeGoods provides a 2 year warranty on its products. To obtain service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase. Product defects have to be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; damages or defects caused by third parties.
