Intended Use
– This product is an electronic device which is intended solely for the use of charging mobile devices, which are charged through USB Type A output ports, such as: mobile phones, digital cameras, smart watches and other wireless IT devices. In addition it has the capability of charging electronics using Qi technology, which is a cable free (inductive) connection. The power bank can be charged through the USB Type Micro-B input connection or via the in-built solar array. LED lights indicate the internal power capacity available. The exterior is constructed to withstand sharp drops from a height of 3.6m and is also water resistant from any ingress of rain, when all ports are disconnected and protection panels properly closed. Integrated within is also a powerful LED light to illuminate dark situations, when necessary. This product is only intended for private use and is not intended for commercial use. Manufacturer is not liable for damages, which result­from­non­Intended­use.­Any­modification­on­theproduct is completely forbidden, such as short-circuiting and placing this adjacent to a heat source. Read and understand the instructions before use. Maintain this documentation throughout the lifetime of the product.

General
– Be aware of the risks and consequences resulting from misuse of the Solar Powerbank. Misuse can result in personal injury, or destruction of the device and of the installations.
– Use the Solar Powerbank only for purposes described in this user manual.
– If the Solar Powerbank malfunctions, is dropped or (appears to be) damaged in any manner, do NOT use it and contact Customer Service.
– The Solar Powerbank is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.
– When you are not using the Powerbank, turn the evice off and disconnect the device from the power socket.
– The Solar Powerbank cannot be fully charged using sunlight. You can however use the solar panel to prolong the battery life.
– Due to the Qi technology, it is not suggested to use the device when onboard airplanes, or locations with highly sensitive equipment such as hospitals. Always seek approval of knowledgeable staff before operating this device in such areas. The wireless signals transmitted could impact the functionality of sensitive electronics.
– Never charge the device unattended, both when connected to a USB power source or using solar r adiation. During charging it is likely that the battery will warm up. Ensure sufficient ventilation and heat exchange. If the powerbank is hot to the touch, disconnect immediately and ensure this is inspected by a professional technician before further use.
– The product is rated against water splash or light rain, considering all openings are closed off correctly.
– The Powerbank is rated against falling from heights of 3.6m, considering that no wires are connected to the ports.
– Ensure that the Powerbank does not get pinched, or the connections get damaged in any way.

Persons
– The Powerbank should not be used by children agedfrom 8 years and above, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children. Keep the appliance out of reach of children aged less than 8 years and pets.
– The Powerbank can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
– The Powerbank is not a toy. Children shall not play with the appliance.
– Keep the product at least 20 cm from pacemakers or implantable cardioverter defibrillator or automated implantable cardioverter defibrillator, as the electromagnetic radiation may impair the functionality of pacemakers. The radio waves transmitted could cause interference in hearing aids.

Use
– Use the product within specified environment parameters and away from flammable gases, vapoursand solvents. Never use in a potentially explosive atmosphere designated location.
– Do not look or stare directly in the LED illumination lamp as this might irritate the eyes or lead to further damage.
– USB outputs should only be used with power demanding components and not for components such as keyboards, mice or USB hubs. The components connected for charging need to comply with the power output capabilities of the power bank. Do not exceed the total power output limitation when connecting a single or mulitple devices for charging.
– Do not simultaneously charge the device via a USB power source and a solar source. Doing so will exceed the acceptable power input, leading to overheating the device.
– Keep metal objects, and magnetic embedded cards away from the charging surface. These can become very hot and likely to become damaged, losing any retained info and data.
– Disconnect the product from the connected devices before cleaning and close all ports correctly.
– Do NOT submerge the Powerbank in water and do not hold it under running water. If water does get inside the casing, turn the Powerbank off immediately and contact our customer service.
– Keep the Powerbank away from heat and areas where the surrounding temperature is relatively hot (e.g. stoves or other sources of heat).
– Do NOT cover the Powerbank when it is switched on. This poses a risk of fire, electric shock or injury.

Electronics
– Do NOT reconstruct, repair or disassemble the Powerbank. This can damage the device. For safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to prevent hazards, always send the Powerbank to the service centre for repairs.
– Do not short circuit the outputs to the input of the device. Doing so may lead to the device to heat up excessively leading to permanent damage and risk of fire or explosion.
– Make sure your outlet supplies the correct power voltage to avoid damage to the Powerbank.
– Always check the cables before using the Powerbank and connecting your devices. Do NOT operate the powerbank if the cables are damaged.
– Do NOT disconnect the Powerbank from its power supply by pulling the cable.
– Do NOT carry or pull the device by its cables.
– Make sure that you do NOT trip over the cables. The cables should not be kinked, trapped or twisted. Do not let the cables hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch a hot surface.
– This powerbank contains lithium-ion batteries, do not open the casing. If abnormalities such as battery expansion, leakage or deformation occur, stop using the Powerbank immediately.
– The Powerbank is protected against overheating. When the ambient temperature exceeds the normal use temperature range, the product can become overheated and will shut down automatically. Move the Powerbank to an environment with a correct temperature and turn it back on.
– In order not to affect the performance of the Powerbank, please fully charge and discharge it every 3 months.

Receiving Your Shipment

– When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears­to­be­damaged,­file­a­claim­immediately­withthe carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Operating Intructions

How to Use
Turning on the LED lights
– Press and hold the power button to turn on the Flashlight. This setting works for 37 hours when the Solar Powerbank is fully charged.
– Press the power button again to turn on the Soft Light. This setting works for 50 hours when the Solar Powerbank is fully charged.
– Press the power button again to turn on the SOS Mode
– Press the power button again to turn on the Strobe Mode
– Press the power button again to turn the light off.

– Press the power button once and the four LED lights at the bottom of the powerbank will indicate the battery status.

Charging the Solar Powerbank
Adapter

1. Connect the Solar Powerbank to a wall outlet or to another charging device, such as your laptop.
2. The four LED lights at the bottom of the Solar Powerbank will flash, indicating the charging status.
– No ­lights ­flashing: ­the­ battery­ is ­0%­ charged.
– One ­light­ flashing:­ the­ battery­ is­1-­25% ­charged
– Two­ lights­ flashing:­ the ­battery­ is ­25-­50% charged
– Three lights flashing: the battery is 50-75% charged
– Four lights flashing: the battery is 75-­100% charged
– Four lights are on continuously: the battery is fully charged.

Sunlight:
The Solar Powerbank cannot be fully charged using sunlight. You can however use the solar panel to prolong the battery life.

1. Place the Solar Panel vertically in the direction of the sunlight to avoid overheating and damaging the battery. The indicator light will turn green, indicating that the powerbank is charging

Charging your Devices
Wireless Charging Function

– Put a mobile phone device with a wireless charging function on the wireless charging area.
– Briefly press the power button. The wireless charging indicator will light up red, and your device will be charged.
– For your safety, the powerbank has a foreign object detection function. When metal debris is detected in the area between the mobile phone and the charging platform, the wireless charging indicator lights up and flashes in red. As soon as the metal object is gone, thedevice will work normally again.

Via USB cable
– Connect your device with the appropriate USB cable.
– The LED battery indicator will light up to indicate that the device is charging.
– When your device is fully charged, the powerbank will stop charging your device. The battery indicator light will turn off, indicating that your device is fully charged.

Maintenance and Cleaning

– Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions.

Storage

– Store the Powerbank in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extreme high or extreme low temperatures.

Disposal – Recycle

– Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the Powerbank with the household waste. This product is subject to the European guideline Directive (EU) 2012/19/EU. Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally responsible manner. For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for further details on your nearest designated collection point.

Service and Warranty

– If you need service or information regarding your product, please contact the LifeGoods Customer Support at [email protected]
– LifeGoods provides a 2 year warranty on its products. To obtain service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase. Product defects have to be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; damages or defects caused by third parties.
