Receiving Your Shipment

When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. lf the equipment appears to be damaged, tile a claim immediately with the carrier and notity your distributor at once, giving a detailed description ot any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Please ensure that the packaging is kept out of the reach of children! Risk of suffocation!
Read this manual carefully!

• Be aware of the risks and consequences resulting trom incorrect installation or misuse of the Fitnessbench. This can result in personal injury, or destruction of the/device and of the installations.
• The Fitnessbench should NOT be assembled or used by children or persons with physical, sensory or mental disabilities, unless they are supervised or have been given instruction concerning the use by a person responsi- ble for their satety.
• Only use the Fitness Bench indoors and tor purposes described in this user manual.
• the Fitness Bench is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.
• If the Fitness Bench maltunctions or (appears to be) damaged in any manner, do NOT use it and contact Custo- mer Service.
• The Fitness Bench contains small parts that can pose a choking hazard. Keep these parts away from children and pets.
• Make sure that you have enough space to lay uit the parts before assembling them. Assemble the Fitness Bench as close to its final position (in the same room) as posSible. We recommend assembling the itness Bench with two people.
• Always place the Fitness Bench on a stable and level surface. the Fitness Bench should NOT be used by multuple people at the same time.
• Stop using the Fitness Bench and consult your physician it you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other unexpected pains.
• Keep your hands, feet, and hair away trom all moving parts.
• Always wear appropriate clothing and shoes when using the Fitness Bench. Wide or baggy clothes can get caught in the Fitness Bench.
• Do NOT place sharp objects on or near the Fitness Bench.
• The maximal weight of the user should NOT exceed 150 kg, to avoid personal injuries and damages to the Fitness Bench.
• Regularly check if all fixing materials are secured tightly.

Assembly Instructions

1. Use the handle between the back cushion and the seat cushion to pull the fitness bench upright.
2. Pull out the back cushion, pull the bottom front part of the frame and the bottom back part of the frame towards the ground. Insert the pin with the flat end into the hole in the trame between the back cushion and the seat cushion.
3. The seat can be adjusted into 4 positions by putting the pin with the round end in one of the four holes on the seat adjustment trame. Choose the desired position and insert the pin into the frame to lock the position.
4. The backrest can be adjusted into 6 positions. Choose your desired position. Clamp the backrest adjustment frame into the fixed slot of the backrest support trame.
5. Screw the footrest into the frame at the desired height.

Maintenance Cleaning – Storag

Clean the Fitness Bench with a damp, clean cloth. Do not use abrasives or aggressive cleaning agents. Store the Fitness Bench in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extreme high or low temperatures

Disposal Recycle

Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the Fitness Bench with the household waste. For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for turther details on your nearest designated collection point.

LiteGoods provides a 2 year warranty on its products. To obtain service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase. Product defects have to be reported within 2 years from the date ot purchase. This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair, parts subject to wear, detects that the customer was aware of at the time ot purchase; damages or detects caused by customer neglect; damages or detects caused by third parties.
