THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING REFLEX ACTIVE!
We know you want to get straight to the music, but please take a minute to
read these instructions, they’ll help you get the most from your Reflex Active
product.
SETTING UP
- Remove headphones from case once fully charged.
- Open Bluetooth connections within device settings, search ‘REFLEX-PRO’ & select.
- Your device will now be paired with your headphones.
CHARGING THE CASE
- CHARGING THE CASE
- Insert charging cable into the charging port & connect to power supply.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate red to show case is charging.
- Allow to charge for around 60 minutes, the charging indicator light will be lluminated continuously once fully charged.
- Always take care not to exceed 60 minute charge time.
HANDS-FREE FUNCTIONS
When you have your phone & speaker connected you can take the following
actions.
ANSWER CALLS Press touch point twice.
REJECT A CALL Press and hold touch point for 2 seconds.
END A CALL Press touch point twice.
POWER ON Take the headphones out of the case, or press touch point for 5
seconds.
POWER OFF Put your headphones out of the case, or press touch point for 5
seconds.
PLAY / PAUSE Press touch point twice.
PLAY NEXT TRACK Press touch point on right headphone 3 times.
PLAY PREVIOUS TRACK Press touch point on left headphone 3 times.
ACTIVATE VOICE ASSISTANT Press and hold left touch point for 2 seconds.
AUDIO MODES
Press & hold the right touch point for 5 seconds to switch between modes best
suited to your situation.
ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION Closes peripheral sound for uninterrupted, immersive
audio performance.
AUDIO SAFE Opens sound spheres to allow ambient noise, ideal for situations
when you need to be aware of your surroundings such as running at night or in
busy areas.
NORMAL A balanced sound sphere creating a studio sounding audio.

Not designed to be submerged in water, should this occur product will malfunction.

Avoid excessive twisting / turning of charging cable as this can cause malfunction.

Contains no serviceable components.
Do not attempt to open the ear pods or their casing as this may cause harm. -
Keep away from strong magnetic fields to avoid interference.
GUARANTEE
Your Reflex Active product is guaranteed against any defective construction or
parts for 2 years from date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof
of purchase. Breakages caused by water damage, accident or mishandling are not
covered. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
In the unlikely event you need to return your Reflex Active product, please
contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

- Disposal of the packaging & your product should be done in accordance with local regulations
- Batteries are not to be disposed of in municipal waste stream and require separate collection.
