IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- To reduce risk of electric shock, never open the unit. There are no user-serviceable parts, refer service to the Rockville service center.
- Do not expose this unit to any kind of moisture.
- Please ensure that the unit is situated in a properly ventilated area.
- Make sure the unit is placed on a level and stable surface.
Functions
- LED light control
- (PreviousNol-)/+ (NextNol+): Press for volume, press and hold for track change.
- Play/Pause/Hands Free Call
- On/Off, Mode: Press and hold to turn ON/OFF. Short press to change the input source.
- Micro SD Card input (supports cards up to 32GB)
- USB input (supports cards up to 32GB)
- 3.5mm Aux input/Reset button
- USB-C charging port (DC 5V)
BT Pairing
- Upon powering on, the speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Please note: if the device is powered on and in another mode, press the Mode button to return to Bluetooth mode. Hold the play button for one second to disconnect current BT device and enter pairing mode.
- Ensure your device is in Bluetooth mode and discoverable.
- Under your device’s list of available devices search for and select RPB50. The unit will automatically connect to your device.
ATTENTION: WHEN PAIRING YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE VOLUME ON THE DEVICE IS TURNED UP.
BT Playback
Short press the -/+ buttons to raise or lower the volume. Long press the -/+ buttons to navigate through tracks. Use the Play/Pause button to control playback. You can also control playback from your playback source.
TWS 1
- Turn on both units and ensure they are in Bluetooth mode.
- Double click the Power button on one of the units. You will hear an audio prompt indicating the unit has entered TANS pairing mode. This will be the master unit and control all playback functionality.
- Upon succesfull pairing, you will hear an audio prompt. Under your device’s list of available devices search for and select RPB50. The unit’s should now be connected to your device and ready for playback.
Hands-Free Function
Long press the Play/Pause button to answer or end a call. Double press the button to dial the last called number.
USB/SD
- Insert Micro SD card or USB flash drive (up to 32GB supported) into the corresponding port at the rear of the unit. Alternately, you can press the Mode button to select the desired input source.
- Micro SD card/USB input should be automatically recognized and music will begin to play. Please for supported file formats.
- Short press the -/+ buttons to raise or lower the volume. Long press the -/+ buttons to navigate through tracks. Use the Play/Pause button to control playback.
Aux Input

Upon plugging in a 3.5mm jack, the unit will automatically switch to Aux input and begin to play music.
Please note: If you plug in the 3.5mm cable prior to turning the unit on, use the Mode button to select Aux mode. -
Short press the -/+ buttons for to raise or lower the volume. Other playback functions can be controlled from your input device.
Charging
The RPB50 uses a 7.4V/4000mAh Lithium-ion battery which supports up to 15 hours playback at 50% volume, 11 hours of playback at 75% volume, 3 hours and 40 minutes of Playback at max volume.
- Plug the included USB-C cable into the corresponding port on the rear panel.
- The LED charging indicator will remain red until the unit is fully charged. Fast charge time is 2 — 3 hours. Normal charging time is 6 — 8 hours.
LED Lights
- Press and hold the LED light control button (*a to turn the LEDs ON or OFF.
- Press the LED light control button to cycle through the 8 LED modes.
Reset
To reset the unit to factory settings, insert a needle or other thin object
into the 3.5mm Aux input to press the reset button located inside.

Troubleshooting
No power
- Make sure the unit is powered On.
- Make sure the unit is charged.
Bluetooth/TWS pairing fails
- Make sure the unit is powered On.
- Ensure that your device is in Bluetooth mode and discoverable.
- Make sure you’ve selected the proper source.
- Make sure that the Bluetooth device is within 5 feet of the unit.
- Check the speaker and input source volume settings.
- Move both devices away from other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, wireless routers, and other electronics.
- Make sure that the unit is not paired to a previously paired device. Refer to the Bluetooth/TWS.
No USB/SD playback
- Make sure the unit is powered On and that you’ve selected the proper source.
- Make sure the USB drive or micro SD card is not damaged.
- Ensure the USB drive’s or micro SD card’s capacity is no more than 32G
- make sure that the music files are in the correct format.
