AZUR 15 Piece Torque Wrench Set

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Pull the locking ring down and turn the handle (clockwise rotation will increase the torque, counterclockwise rotation will re-duce the torque) to the desired torque value. Release the locking ring to lock at the desired torque settings.
2. Torque setting (10.2 Nm for example)
3.  Press button on back of the head wrench to attach required socket fitting. To remove fitting simply press button again.
4.  Apply force evenly on the handle, once the “CLICK” is heard, please stop applying force, the set torque value has been reached.

SAFETY

1.  This wrench is a very precise instrument. It is only used to tighten screws, bolts and nuts to the desired torque.
2.  Do not exceed the maximum torque value of the torque wrench when using.
3.  Only apply force to the handle.
4.  Do not attach any fittings other than those supplied with the set. Incorrect use may cause errors or damage to the wrench.
5.  The torque value of the torque wrench must be adjusted to the exact required torque value. Failure to do so can cause serious damage.
6.  Do not disassemble the wrench. This will cause damage to the wrench.

ACCURACY CHECK
Torque wrench has been adjusted before leaving the factory, the product calibration accuracy can reach + or – 0.3%.

TORQUE WRENCH MAINTENANCE

1.  After use, please adjust the torque to the minimum value.
2.  If you need to clean the torsion wrench, you can use a clean cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol to wipe down.
3.  Wrench should be checked and calibrated at least once a year or every 5000 uses.
