WARNING

  • Do not stand on, step on, or alter this unit for anything outside the designed function of storage, or you may fall which may cause personal injury or product damage.
  •  Use care when handling and assembling metal plates.
  • When locking the cabinet, close the drawers completely in order for the lock bars to work properly.
  •  The metal may have sharp edges or corners. The use of protective gloves is recommended.
  •  Close and lock the drawers before moving this product. Lock wheels when the product is not being moved.
  •  Always remember to use proper lifting techniques when moving the boxed or assembled unit.

CAUTION

  •  Do not exceed maximum load capacities listed in Product Specifications on Page 2.
  • When storing articles, equally distribute loads. Always balance the loads to avoid tipping.
  •  Place more than half the total load weight on the bottom cabinet when possible.
  •  Do not open all the drawers at once, be careful when opening more than one drawer. The product may become unstable and tip, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
  • Keep the product on level surfaces. The product may become unstable and it may tip over if stored or moved on an uneven surface, which may also cause personal injury or product damage.
  • Do not store flammable liquids in the unit unless they are secured in an approved container.
  • Do not store gasoline in the unit under any circumstances.
  • Do not leave children unattended near this product. Cabinet may tip over if improperly opened.
  • Secure all items and lock all drawers before rolling this product.
  •  Always use common sense and be cautious when using this product.

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts. It is recommended that this product to be assembled on a clean, soft surface, such as a piece of cardboard.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ensure all cabinet drawers are securely locked into place using the lock (DD) and key (EE) on the base cabinet (A). Lay the base cabinet (A) on its back using the cardboard package materials to protect the finish. Mount the two fixed casters (B) to the base cabinet (A) using M8 x 25 mm bolts (AA), M8 mm spring washers (BB) and M8 mm flat washers (CC). Repeat this process for the swivel casters with brake (C) on the opposite side of the base cabinet (A). Return the base cabinet (A) to its upright position.

Note: Be sure to keep the base cabinet (A) on a soft surface, such as carpeting or a piece of cardboard, to protect them from scratches. The swivel casters with brake (C) must be installed in the front of the base cabinet (A). Do not over tighten the screws.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using the caster brakes To lock the swivel casters, step down the levers marked with ON. To unlock casters, push down the levers marked with OFF.
    Note: Be sure to lock both casters to prevent cabinet from rolling or swiveling.

  2. Removing the drawers
    Fully empty and extend the drawer. Push up the release lever on the left drawer slide while pulling down on the other release lever. Pull the drawer outward until it is released from the slides.

  3. Re-inserting the drawers
    Pull the slides and slide carrier out until fully extended. Hold the slide on the drawer while aligning it with the slide on the drawer. Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other side. Slowly push the drawer until it is fully closed to engage the slide. Open and close the drawer to verify proper operation.
    Note: Do not slide in the drawer violently until both drawer slides are aligned properly or it will cause damage on drawer slide.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Keep your cabinet in good repair by adopting a regular maintenance program.
  • The use of drawer liners is recommended to protect the finish inside the drawers and make the drawers easier to clean.
  • Grease the casters annually using high quality bearing grease.
  • Lubricate the slides semi-annually with general purpose grease or equivalent.
  • Periodically clean the drawer fronts, drawer trim, and other surfaces with a mild detergent and water.
  • Remove grease and oil with a standard nonflammable cleaning fluid.
