DEXTER 930710 Foldable Headband Ear Plugs User Guide
930710 earplugs with headband is a hearing protector with a PE headband and replaceable and reusable PU foam earplugs. 930710 could be worn over-the-head, behind-the-head or under-the-chin. The earplugs are designed to protect the user against hearing loss.
These products are classed as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the European PPE new regulation (EU) 2016/425 and have been shown to comply with this regulation through the Harmonised European Standard EN352-2:2002:

Fitting and use
- Adjust the headband in a appropriate position.
- Hold the headband by its ends. Place the hearing protector over-the head, behind-the-head or under-the-chin. Insert the plugs with a slight rocking and twisting motion, while pulling the outer ear upwards and backwards to straighten the ear canal.
- In the presence of background noise (below 80 dB(A)), check that the plug attenuates noise well. Without any leakage.
- Wear the plugs during the entire noise exposure.
A. Please ensure that the earplugs are fitted, adjusted and maintained in accordance with the instructions.
B. The earplugs should be worn at all times in noisy surroundings.

employment especially for the arch).
If the above-mentioned recommendations are not followed, the protection and
function afforded by the earplugs may be severely impaired.

Maintenance
- Clean the earplugs with warm water and dry it with cloth.
- The plugs should be stored before and after usage in a way that protects them from dirt, grease, at room temperature.
- Always check the earplugs for damages before use. Any damaged / worn earplugs should be discarded or replaced. The period of obsolescence of this product is three years, after the date of manufacture
- Please replace the ear plugs every three months, or any performance degradation of earplugs.
Warning
- It should not use these earplugs if there is a risk that the connecting element is snapped during use.
- If the headband is damaged, harmful noise levels may be induced.
- This product may be adversely affected by certain chemical substances. Further information should be sought from the manufacturer
