Installation
On receipt of a new GastroCH4ECK®:
- Remove the unit from the packaging supplied to you
- Place the unit in the location it is most likely to be used and ensure a clearance of 30cm (1ft) above and 15cm (6in) at the sides and rear of the GastroCH4ECK®
- DO NOT switch on for the first 24 hours
- After 24 hours, switch the device on and allow 52 minutes for the GastroCH4ECK® to start up
- Please allow the GastroCH4ECK® to be switched on for at least 5 minutes prior to calibration.
Cautions
- Do not use this device outside the operational temperatures of between 15-35°C. If the device has been exposed to temperatures outside of the 15-35°C range, then please leave in an area within the range for a minimum of 6 hours.
- Do not use alcohol based hand cleaners before using this device. If the device has been exposed to alcohol based hand cleaners, then please leave for 6 hours for the device sensors to settle before using or calibrating the device.
- The GastroCH4ECK® should be switched off once every 24 hours.
