• Installs in minutes – Truly bolt-on, no drilling required to install. Bolts to the quill feed selector using the supplied longer bolts. Fits Bridgeport, Sharp, Jet, Trak, Prototrak DPM, HH Roberts, Clausing, Lagun, Webb,
  Supermax, Alliant and many other manual vertical milling machines.

• Front arm swings open to the left 180 degrees for easy setup and work access

• Heavy duty steel adjustable handles- pull out and orient 360 degrees

• Articulating arms allow operator to easily position the shield to fit different workpieces or fixtures.

• Will not work if tilting the machine’s head left and right (only front/back)

• Includes curved lexan shield only. We also have an optional 3-sided and flat shield.

• All CNC billet aluminum construction, Powder coated “Safety Orange”

2 Mounting Plate Options

All measurements are from bolt center to center. Our mounting plate will install around the quill feed selector by using longer bolts we supply.

• Part# MG-2 2.5″ square bolt pattern
  Note: our mounting plates are slotted and will accommodate up to 2. 75″ square (70mm) bolt pattern
  Fits 95% of milling machines

• Part# MG-21i 3.0 x 3.5″ bolt pattern
  This bolt pattern is used on some TRAK DPM machines, Milltronics MB-series and Clausin Bed Mills.

Note: The MG-2 will work with the head tilted at this angle, but if the machine head is tilted at left to right angle, then the MG-3 Ram Mount guard is a better option.

PARTS INCLUDED

• The MG-2 comes with the curved lexan shield, RMS-1.
• The Optional flat shield is used when the curved shield is not possible, such as when using a rotary indexer, or the head is tilted at an angle.
• Custom shields available.
