WARNING DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING.
Single-End lamps (Typical) – Connect power input wires to the one end only
that will power the lamps (Side “A” in Fig. 1). Connect Black to LINE, White
to NEUTRAL, and Green Fixture Ground to GROUND.
DO NOT hook up wires in the fixture going to Side “B” of the lamps. Use only
UL-approved wire and connectors.
Double-End lamps – Can be used if non-shunted sockets and input wires are
added by the installer at the other end. Please follow direct wire LED tube
wiring diagram for specific wiring requirements.
For High Bays – remove the screws holding the reflectors to access the socket
wiring; connect the wires for either single-end or double-end as needed for
the Bypass-Ready tubes being used. Follow direct wire LED tube wiring diagram
for specific wiring requirements. Reinstall reflector with all screws provided
before installing lamps.
MOUNTING OPTIONS – May vary according to fixture and application.
HIGH BAYS / STRIPS / WRAPS – CHAIN MOUNT WITH V-HOOK: Use V-Hooks at each
end of the fixture, connect the chain to the V-hooks and attach to mounting
surface.
STRIPS / WRAPS – SURFACE MOUNT: Secure fixture to mounting surface by
inserting anchor screws, toggle bolts or suitable fasteners (not provided),
depending on structural conditions into key hole slots on the top side of the
fixture.
TROFFERS / PARABOLIC / DIRECT/INDIRECT – T-GRID CEILING (Fig. 3): Start
on one side and gently lay down the fixture in the T-Grid ceiling by opening
the seismic hanger on each end (Fig. 4) 180° to engage ceiling grid frame.
Safety wire tab on the back of the troffer bends up easily to accept wire from
the
ceiling structure. Thread wire through the tab and finish installation as any
other grid fixture (Fig. 5).
