Coffee grinder

1. Hand crank

Operation

1. Remove the hand crank, hopper cover.
2.  Fill the coffee bean into the hopper, close the hopper lid.
3. Turn the adjustment setting to your desired grind level.
4. Put the crank back on. Rotate handle clockwise.

Features

• Low speed grind conserves coffee properties and aromas better. 6 grinding levels for various types of coffee makers.
• Small and easy to carry.

Supported brew methods

Hopper has a capacity of 20 grams for coffee beans.

Maintenance

• Wipe the outside of the mill with soft, damp cloth. Never immerse the device in water. To clean the inside of grinder, use a brush, clean any remaining coffee grounds and rinse the grinder.
• Hopper and glass base are dishwasher machine safe.

Clogging prevention

• In some rare instances, the grinder could get clogged with residues. If this happens, empty hopper, remove base, turn the adjustment ring to setting 6, then shake out the residues, clean the grinder area. Once cleaned, turn the adjustment setting back to your desired grind level.
• Caution
  Keep fingers clear when attaching cover and removing or replacing the glass base. Please do not tighten the grinder and the glass base too hard.

Operation

1. Put the ground coffee into a pot. (7-10 g / person)
2. Slowly pour the boiling water (close to 92 degrees Celsius) into the pot. (180 ml/person)
3. Stir the coffee to extract flavour thoroughly.
4. Set aside for 3-5 minutes (it depends on the component).
5.  Cover the strainer and press gently to the bottom.
6. Pour into a cup (milk or sugar can be added According to your preference).

Maintenance and Caution

1. The bamboo cover and handle should be kept dry after cleaning (dried at 50 ℃ for 5 minutes) (bamboo products are easy to get mildewed if not dried).
2.   Strainer: Clean with water and detergent, the moving parts cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher.
3. Glass: Clean with water at normal temperature and detergent, not in a dishwasher.
