Before using the Camera, Please follow the instruction below to connect your
camera
Camera Access Setup

- Sign in Account and Tap on the icon in the top right comer
- Please confirm your region and Click on Next. Scan the QR code on the back/side/bottom of the
- If the camera indicator light does not show a flashing red light, press the reset button to reset the camera until the red light flashes. please check the device name (UUID) and then click on Next and Join
- Select the WiFi network you want your Camera to connect to and after inputting the password Click on QK
- Waiting for device initialization. Please name the camera and Click on OK
- After configuration is successful, jump to the device list page, and click the device to open real-time view live or device setting.

Method 2: hard wired connection configuration
- Sign in Account and Tap on the icon the top right corner
- Please confirm your region Click on Next and click on the Text at the bottom
- Please check the device name (UUID) and click on it and then Tap on Add the Device
- Waiting for device initialization. Please name the camera and Click on OK
- After configuration is successful, jump to the device list page, and click the device to open real-time view live or device setting.
Installation Guide
- Stick the installation sticker on the designated surface where the device will be installed (Wall or Ceiling).
- Drill 3 holes through the holes on the installed ti on the sticker.
- Take out the expansion bolt and insert it into the holes.
- Take out the screws. Tighten the 3 screws to fix the device on the installation surface(Wall or Ceiling).
FAQ
What should I do if forget the device password?
restore the factory setting, reconnect and set a new password
Note: The access password involves privacy and security please treat it
with caution
Does it support 5G band routers?
If 5G band and 2.4G band of your router are the same SSID you can connect
directly. If 5G band and 2.4G band are not the same SSID(2SSIDs, 5G band
isXXXXX-56,2.4G band is XXX-2.4G), Please connect the WIFl of the phone to the
2.4G SSID (XXX-2.46) of router then configure the camera
What should I do if can’t connect to the camera or abnormal feline is in use?
- check if the router network is normal.
- .Unplug the power cord and then plug it in to restart the camera.
- restore factory setting(Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds until you hear “Restoring to factory settings, do not power off” and release it) follow the instructions to re-add the device

- Please modify the username and password when the product start-up in order to protect privacy.
