Appearance Introduction

Download & Registration

1. Scan the below QR code to download the “iCSee” APP or Search “iCSee” APP in the APP store and download

2. 0pen the app and allow all notifications press Sign Up to register a new account

3. Please input the correct email address and press Next Step. Input the verification code that has been sent to your email address

4. After setting your account and password click on Complete

Camera Connection Diagram

Before using the Camera, Please follow the instruction “below to connect your camera.

Note:

1. Please connect the camera to internet then install it.
2. Long-press the reset button to restore the camera to factory default .

Method1: connect the camera to WiFi

After Login, Click the “+” icon to add the device. Select “WiFi camera” .According to the APP guide you can set the camera to the Wi-Fi

Note:

1. Connect the Power adapter to the power socket and the camera.
2. You don’t need to connect a network cable in wireless mode.
3. If you are using a dual-band router, please connect your phone to WiFi on the 2.4Ghz band.

PoE Camera Connection Diagram

Before using the Camera, Please follow the instruction below to connect your camera.

1. Connect the Camera to a PoE Switch with a network cable
2. Connect the PoE Switch to Your router and then Power on the PoE switch

Note: the connection method is limited to cameras that support PoE (Power over Ethernet).

Camera Access Setup

Method (2): hard wired connection configuration

1. Login Account and Tap on the icon in the top left corner

2. Scan the QR code On the back/side/bottom of the camera

   Note: 1.you need to connect a network cable in this mode.
   2.make sure the camera has access to the internet.

3. Please check the name of the device and press Add Device and then press Confirm.

4. After configuration is successful, jump to device list page, click the device to open real-time view live or device setting.

Installation Guide

1. Stick the installation sticker on the designated surface where the device will be installed (Wall or Ceiling).
2. Drill 3 holes through the holes on the installation sticker.
3. Take out the expansion bolt and insert it into the holes.
4. Take out the screws. Tighten the 3 screws to fix the device on the installation surface(Wall or Ceiling).

VMS PC Client Access

1. Download the VMS client management software on your computer and open the software after installation

2. click on Device Manager

3. Click ON > Select the device after confirming Cloud ID>click on

4. Click on Edit > enter the passward you have set for your device (If you do not set a password, the default password is blank)>click on

5. Click on Home > click on Live View

6. Double-click on device ip in the right bar(the camera has been successfully set up)

FAQ

What is the default ip address of the camera?

– The camera does not have a static address. When it is reset and connects to the network for the first time, it will automatically get an IP address and then fix the IP address. If the camera changed the network environment, please reset the camera first.

What should | do if forget device password?

– restore factory setting , reconnect and set new password
Note: The access password involves privacy and security please treat it with caution

Does it support 5G band routers?

– If 5G band and 2.4G band of your router are the same SSID you can connect directly. If 5G band and 2.4G band are not the same SSID(2SSIDs, 5G band is XXXXX-5G,2.4G band is XXXXX-2.4G),Please connect WIFI of phone to 2.4G SSID (XXX-2.4G) of router ,then configure camera

What should | do if can’t connect to camera or abnormal offline in use?

l. Check if the router network is normal.
2.Unplug the power cord and then plug it in to restart the camera.
3. Restore factory setting(Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds until you hear “Restoring to factory settings, do not power off” and release it) follow instructions to re-add device

Warm Tips

1. Please modify the username and password when the product start up in order to protect the privacy.
2. “Wireless” means that you can connect the camera to Wi-Fi network. Camera comes with a power cord that needs to be plugged in to use.
3. Don’t use extension cables of other brands between the camera and the adapter, as this can cause malfunction and damage.
4. Supports up to 128GB FAT32 format Micro SD card. need SD card (not included)
