Touch Screen (MON-TCH7) Setup:

Plug in the touch screen to a power source (PoE or 12v) to
start the setup wizard. -
Follow the wizard setup steps:

How to Setup the Provision-ISR Doorbell and Intercom with Touch Screen Monitor
Touch Screen (MON-TCH7) Setup Guide:
(From Factory Settings) Once the touch screen is plugged in to power source
(PoE or 12v), the wizard starts.
Wizard Setup:
1. Select Language > English > Save. 2. Time Zone > GMT+12 Auckland,
Wellington > Save. 3. Date and Time > Auto Date and Time or manually set Date
and Time > Set Date and Time Format > Save. 4. Admin Password Settings > Set
new password and confirm new password > Save. 5. Privacy Statement > Agree
(you can’t continue without it) > Press OK.

NOTE: The Touch Screen, Intercom, and PC (for web browsing) should be on the
same IP range to communicate with each other, this will need to be on the
network, not plugged into the back of the NVR
Intercom
1. Activate Intercom through IP manager (You can download IP manager from the
Provision Website) – In IP manager, go to the Activate tab and set new
password > Activate.
– Click the icon at the top right corner of IP manager > Modify
Username/Password > Enter the username and password of the Intercom > Okay. 2.
Web-browse into the Intercom. – Privacy Statement > Confirm. – Log-in and go
to Config – System > Basic Information > Check if the firmware is up to date.
(If not, you can update to latest version from the Provision-ISR Product Page)
– Set Date and Time – Set Zone: GMT+12 Auckland, Wellington > Save. – Set Date
and Time: Auto Date and Time or manually set Date and Time > Save. 3. Go to
Intercom – Building Configuration > Set Device Type to main door > Save. –
Call Button Configuration > Call Room Number should be the same value as your
Touch Screen.
Touch Screen
1. Go to Settings > Enter Password > Press icon > Configuration > Device
management > Make sure the indoor station is set to the IP address of the
Intercom. It will automatically add it as a camera.
2. Go to icon (Device Information) > take note of: – Indoor Station Type >
Set to Indoor Station – Room Number > Set to same as Intercom – IPC/Intercom
Connection > Set to Constant or Temporary (Constant will always has a
connection to the camera, Temporary will disconnect when the monitor goes to
sleep and then it will connect again) – Go back to Device Management Icon
3. Press icon to add other cameras on the network: – Device Name – Device IP
address – Port Default is 9008 – Device Username – Device Password – Press

Intercom and Doorbell to Touch Screen
When adding multiple devices to the Touch Screen, it is best practice to add the intercom first, Set as Main Door Station, then the doorbell will be set as Sub Door Station.
Please refer to Intercom to Touch Screen Guide if the intercom is not already setup on Page 6, this is a guide on how to add the doorbell to the existing set up.
Start setting up the Doorbell as per the guide (Doorbell Side). The only difference is you must set the doorbell as a Sub Door Station, to do this:
Doorbell:
1. Login into the doorbell via the web broswer and go to Config > Intercom 2.
Number Configuration > Set Device Type to Sub Door Station, then Set Main Door
Station IP to your Intercom IP
Address > Save 3. One Button Calling > Press button to call indoor station set
to same as touch screen monitor.
Touch Screen:
1. Go to Settings > Enter Password > Press icon > Configuration >
2. Press icon to add the doorbell to the monitor – Device Name – Device IP
address – Port Default is 9008 – Device Username – Device Password – Press
Save
Device management.
Press the call button on the Intercom and the Doorbell.
Adding an extra Monitor
The Provision System allows up to 5 extension monitors and 1 main monitor. To add an extra monitor:
1. Go to Settings > Enter Password > Press icon > Configuration > Device
Information – Indoor Station Type > Set to Indoor Extension – Indoor Extension
Number > Set to 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 (Must be different for each extension monitor)
– IPC/Intercom Connection > Set to Constant or Temporary (Constant will always
has a connection to the camera, Temporary will disconnect when the monitor
goes to sleep and then it will connect again) – Press Save
2. Then Click Icon Device Management > Set Indoor Station to Main Monitor IP
(This can be found on the Main Monitor, (Go to > Settings > Enter Password >
Network > Local Nework Config or WiFi)) > Press Save
