Before You Start
- Please read all instructions carefully.

- Separate and count all parts and hardware.
- Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
- We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
- Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
- Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.
Warnings:
- Maximum user’s weight is 300 lbs.
- DO NOT use it if you are pregnant.
- Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
- DO NOT allow children or pets to use, climb on, or play near this product. Please make sure you have enough room around the product.
- ALWAYS check this product before each use for missing or loose bolts and/or damaged parts. Carefully inspect the frame and the cushion attachments. Check for damage and proper stability to ensure that all parts are correctly positioned, secured for use and in good working order.
- ALWAYS clean with damped mop. No cleanser is recommended.
- Make sure that the product is on level ground. If necessary, use a rubber mat under the machine to reduce the possibility of slipping during use.
- ALWAYS wear the appropriate fitness footwear. DO NOT wear loose fitting clothing, belt buckles, or jewelry,including but not limited to rings, chains, and pins.
- DO NOT use this product if it’s not properly assembled or not functional.

Assembly Instructions
- Insert Adjustable foot tube (4) into Front support frame (3). Fit the bolts of Short footrest (6) to the Front support frame (3) and fasten with the Knob (7).
- Slide Main frame (1) to Front support frame (3). Fasten with two Bolts M10*55 (9), Bolt M8x55 (8), Nut M10 (10), Nut M8 (11) and Knob (7). Lock them tightly.
- Insert Long footrest (5) and Boxing ball (14) into Front support frame (3). Fasten with Knob (7) and Plum knob (15).
- Insert Armrest handles (12) into Main frame (1). Put on the Pull rope (13).
Return / Damage Claim Instructions
- DO NOT discard the box / original packaging.
- In case a return is required, the item must be returned in original box. Without this your return will not be accepted.
- Take a photo of the box markings.
- A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps our staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.
- Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable).
- A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged.
- Send us an email with the images requested.
- Email us directly from marketplace where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
