Product Usage Instructions

Switching On/Off and Data Transfer

To switch on the device, press the button for 1 second. To
switch off, press the button for 3 seconds or wait for auto switch
off. Data transfer can be done through the programming menu.

Built-in Battery and Charging

The device comes with a rechargeable Li-Pol battery. Use the
provided micro-USB cable to charge the device.

Wireless Connection and Data Transfer

The device supports wireless data transfer to the MDS app for
Windows, Android, and iOS. Data can be saved in XLS or CSV formats
and transferred to CAD, SPC, or other software.

Data Saving and Memory

Data can be saved to the internal device memory by touching the
data area on the screen or pressing a button. Saved data can be
viewed or sent via wireless or USB connection to a PC or
tablet.

Limits, Peak, Timer, and Formula Modes

The device features various modes such as Limits mode for
Go/NoGo indication, Peak mode for indicating and saving max or min
values, Timer mode for saving data by timer, and Formula mode for
selecting timer periods.

Online Graphic Mode and Main Screen

The main screen displays connection status (wireless or USB),
analog scale, memory options, and other functionalities. The device
also supports on-line graphic mode for real-time data
visualization.
