a period of recognition began, as Olympia Electronics garnered numerous awards

In 1986
Olympia Electronics has claimed the position of the dominant manufacturing
company in Greece in the field of Electronic Security Systems. From 1990 to
1999, it expanded its product range into nine categories while maintaining its

In 1979
Panagiotis Arvanitidis and Nikolaos Lakasas founded Olympia Electronics. Since 1981, the company specialized in producing emergency lighting, and from 1985, it began manufacturing fire detection systems.
During 2008,
it receives Special Commendation from TUV HELLAS and National Business
Excellence Recognition from the Ministry of Development. In 2011, it is
awarded the European Recognition “Commitment to Business Excellence” by EFQM.
In 2014
