Product operation

Power on
When open the case li, and headset automatically turn on. -
Bluetooth connection
Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and enter the search and pairing state. Select the device model: NEO 100
Note: The headset connection mode has a memory function, which remembers the last used mode. -
Power off
Put the earphone back to the charger case, close the lid to shut down.

Music mode :
Play/pause: double-click the left or right ear (LorR)
Previous song: double-click the left ear and hold it (L)
Next song: double-click the right ear and hold it (R) Activate voice
assistant: long press the left or right ear (LorR) for more than 3 seconds
Bluetooth mode switch: 3-click the left or right ear (LorR)
Call mode:
Cancel dialing: Double-click the left or right ear (LorR)
Answer the call: Double-click the left or right ear (LorR)
End the call: Double-click the left or right ear (LorR)
Reject call: Long press the left or right ear (LorR) for 1.5 seconds
Charging power indicator
Charging for the earphones in the charging case: Put the earphones in the
charging case, close the lid, the blue light will stay on for 15 seconds and
then off.
Connect the power supply to charge the charging case:
When charging: the indicator blue light will flash. After charge
finish: the indicator light stays blue.
When the power not full:
The middle display number start to flash and indicate the start of charging,
when display number up to 100% the light stop flashing.
When the power is less than 20%, the indicator light flashes for 3 seconds and
the display shows the low power.
Restore factory settings
Open the headset cover, press and hold the charging case button for 5 seconds, the charging case and headset lights flash blue 3 times

Improper use may cause damage to the product or personal safety.
- The product contains batteries. Do not expose this product to overheating environments such as strong sunlight or heaters. Do not store this product in high temperatures, strong light and strong magnetic fields.

- Do not use a voltage that exceeds the output current load of this product. If the load exceeds the load, it will automatically stop working.
- Please use a clean cloth to clean the charging case regularly to avoid the earphones being unable to charge or turn on due to longterm uncleanness.
- Do not put this product in water (or washing machine). If the earphones are damaged due to personal reasons, the company will not provide after-sales return and exchange services.
