Technical parameter

Instruction/Product drawing

1. The outgoing products could use any 6 digits password number, any fingerprint and card to open. Please add the username in time.
2. The normal operation and working duration of fingerprint & password unlocking system which is a high-tech product will be affected by installation quality directly; therefore, an experienced professional is suggested to install the products, and please follow the instructions strictly.
3. Please do not mix with old and new batteries or different model of batteries during replacing.
4. Please follow the voice prompts during setup and operation, normally, requested operation is followed after corresponding voice prompt.
5. Please keep the emergency key properly just in case; Please do not keep all the emergency keys indoor.

Preparation before installation

1. Judge the door opening direction.
2. The corresponding direction of the latch bolt and lever handle for the opening direction.
3. The direction of lever handle.
4. Check the door’s dimensions.

Smart lock installations

Front panel installation

Back panel installation

Front plate connecting wire and backplate connecting wire. Remove the battery cover, align the back lever handle to the square bar and insert it in, make the back plate clings to the door panel. Tighten 2 connecting screws. After install in the battery, make sure all the parts are in the appointed position, and then close the battery cover.

Installation test

Twist both inside and outside lever handle, mechanical key etc. Double check all units are working.

Operation by APP via Bluetooth

Add your lock on APP. Please open the Bluetooth setting on your phone before connection, and stay your phone within 2 meters away from your lock.

Remarks: Once there is no device or only has a gray-label device on the ‘Nearby Locks’ screen, please reset your smart lock and re-add it following steps below:

1. Remove battery cover out
2. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds

Unlock/lock by APP via Bluetooth

• Unlock by touching the lock button, it will pop up ‘unlocked’
• Lock by long-pressing the lock button, it will pop up ‘locked

Remarks: Please check if your door lock operates incorrect direction, once it reverses, please switch the toggle switch to the other side and re- install it

Auto-lock setting
Remarks: Auto-lock is set up only by the program, but couldn’t be used to determine if your door is locked. And please stay your phone close to your lock during the setting process.

Share APP operation to your family/guests(key)

1. the key is a function for you to authorize the rights to your family members and guests to unlock/lock your door by the same APP. eKey can be authorized to MAX. 20 smartphone users.
2. Download the TTLock app and register a new account on the new smartphone of family or guests.
3. Click ‘Send key on the APP screen with the admin account(The first account to add lock).

• Select Time, Permanent, One-time, Recurring eKey by yourself, then input Recipient account and name it.
• Select time period if necessary, then click ‘send’.
• Refresh by pulling down on the APP screen with new smart phone APP, the smart lock will show up on the APP screen.
• Remarks: Admin account can manage all guest accounts by clicking ‘eKeys’ on APP screen.

Lock Sound

The original setting for this smart lock is Lock Sound On, but you can close it if you want.

Remark: Please stay your phone close to your lock during the setting process.

Operation by keypad

Generate Passcode

unlock/lock by keypad

• Unlock by inputting Passcode, then press unlock button
• Lock Only by the long-pressing lock button

Remark: For security, this smart lock supports Virtual Passcode(Add any digit in front of or back of Passcode. e.g. Your Passcode is 12345678, you can unlock by 5612345678 or 1234567802.

Manage Passcode
The admin account can manage all Passcodes by clicking ‘Passcodes’ on APP.

Operation by IC cards

There are two IC cards included in the package, if you want more, please contact our service. IC Card can be used to unlock your door, but can not be used to lock your door.
Remark: Please stay your phone close to your lock during the setting process.

Operation by Fingerprint

Please make sure if your lock has a fingerprint function before operation. A fingerprint can be used to unlock your door, but can not be used to lock your door.

Operation by mechanical keys

There are two compatible mechanical keys included in the package, Please keep it easy for backup.

• Press the keys cover, and turn it out
• Insert the keys to unlock your door

Operation by APP via wifi remotely

We provide Bluetooth wifi gateway(Sold separately) for this smart lock to reach for remote control via the internet, you can search for Oasbike smart wifi gateway to find it on www.amazon.com
Remark: About the operation for the wifi gateway, please refer to separate instructions of the wifi gateway. But we have warm notice for you. about unlock/lock remotely:

• Unlock by touching the little button
•  Lock by long-pressing the same lock button with Bluetooth local control

More function

ALARM
Anti-theft Alarm: Once this smart lock get four times wrong Passcodes, it will be locked for 5 minutes, nobody can get in even if you have correct Passcodes. Low Voltage Alarm: Once the batteries close to be dead, this smart lock will sound a beep alarm, and if you forget to replace the batteries before to be dead, you can use Type-C backup power to power for it(Under the keys cover).

Passage Mode
During the preset time period, this smart lock will remain unlocked until it is manually locked once Passage Mode activated

System capacity

Emergency power
When the smart lock is out of power or the battery do not have enough power to open the lock, USB power is available. Connecting the emergency power interface which is below the front panel unit directly, (The position of the emergency power interface is shown in product detailed drawing in the second page) the system could be activated to open the door normally. (Please replace the battery after).

Product setting

initial state
This product adopts the classification permission management,the types of users could divide into administering user and ordinary user, the administrator has the maximum authority whereas the ordinary user only has door opening authority.At initial state,there is no administer user,the first user who is added could be administered by password or cellphone application.

Operating rule

1. Press any key to wake up the keyboard.# Key is the enter key.
2. When inputting the password, press Key could delete the last input password number. After deleting all passwords,if in the Add User Mode, could quit this mode. After deleting all passwords, press 3 times Key,the screen out.
3. Every time open the lock, will give 5 second opening time, after 5 seconds, it will lock automatically.
4. This product contains a password, fingerprint and card function. There are 6-12 digits valid for a password, and it is supporting a scramble pin code.

Operation instruction

1. Add administer
   When the administrator password is not set, or the mobile phone administrator is not added, enter ” *12#” or short press the SET button, the lock hint: please input the administrator passcode,after that enter ” 123456#” , enter 6-12 digit administrator code, press “#” Key to confirm the prompt to enter again, if the two passwords are the same, the lock will prompt operation is successful.

2. Adding users
   Add password user: enter “85#” or press the reset button, the door lock prompt: please input administrator passcode, after the verification is completed, the voice prompt please enter the fingerprint or password, enter the 6-12 digit password, press the “#” key to confirm the prompt to enter again, if the password is matched both, the door lock hint operation is successful. Add fingerprint user: input “ 85# “or short press reset button, the door hint: please input administrator passcode, after completion of validation, voice prompt enter the password or fingerprint,put finger to add a fingerprint, the door lock will prompt three times to add the same fingerprint, if it is the same fingerprint for 4 times, the lock will show you “operation successful” .During entering a fingerprint, please keep your finger as flat as you can on the fingerprint sensor area. Add fingerprint user: input “* 85# “or short press reset button, the door hint: please input administrator passcode, after completion of validation, voice prompt enter the password or fingerprint or card,put the card which required to be added near the keyboard within 2cm,the lock will hint “operation successful” .

3. Password modification
   enter “10#” , door lock prompt: please input the original passcode, after the input is completed, the voice prompt please enter a new password, enter the 6-12 digit password, it will be required to enter again after press the “#” key , if the password is matched both, the lock will hint: operation successful” . (administrator password use “12#” to change)

4. Delete user
   Delete password user: enter “71 #” , door lock prompt:please input administrator passcode,the lock will hint :operation successful” after verification. All password users will be deleted. (the administrator password will not be deleted) Delete fingerprint user: enter “70#” , door lock prompt: please input administrator passcode,the lock will hint: operation successful” after verification. All fingerprint users will be deleted. Delete card user: enter “*69#” , door lock prompt: please input administrator passcode,the lock will hint : operation successful” after verification. All card users will be deleted.

Factory reset

Long press the SET button, after hear” Please input initialization passcode” , input “000#” .The lock will recover to the factory setting and delete all the fingerprint,password,card and cellphone administer.

Other instruction

1. lf verifying unsuccessful for more than 5 consecutive times,the keyboard will be locked for 5 minutes automatically.After 5 minutes,will unlock the keyboard.During the disabled lock state,verify fingerprint user or IC card user or cellphone application user could release keyboard lock state.
2. The scramble Pin code is available for the smart lock. For example, your setting password is 123456, it is possible to open the lock if you enter the password 0021341234563694, it has 16 digits in total for scramble pin code and valid password together, and this function could prevent peeping.
3. lf the power of the battery is lower than 4.BV, wake up the keyboard,the voice prompt:” the power is low, please replace the battery” ,and it is flicker for 1 second. After verify the fingerprint/IC card/password,the voice hint ” the power is low, please replace the battery” before unlocking the door.
4. This product supports bilingual,both English and Chinese is switchable,enter” *39#” ,the lock will hit enter administrator password,enter “#” Key to confirm,then enter “1#” to switch to Chinese,enter “2#” to switch to English.(note: the administrator password is replaced by “123456” when the administrator is not added)
