m TERMS OF APPLICATION OF EQUATION PANEL RADIATORS
EQUATION radiators are intended for use on two-pipe pumped indirect or closed
domestic and commercial central heating installations, with a maximum working
temperature of 110°C. They may also be used in one pipe and gravitational
systems provided that the hydraulic resistance limitations of the radiators in
such systems are taken into consideration. The system should be designed and
installed in accordance with local or national standards, with particular care
taken to avoid air entry or water discharge. We do not recommend the use of
single feed indirect cylinders, as the possibility of aeration due to water
interchange may lead to corrosion. The recommendations of relevant codes of
practice for treatment of hot water in domestic hot water central heating
systems should be followed where appropriate. EQUATION radiators must not be
used in high humidity applications where corrosive agents may be harmful to
the radiator, for example, bathrooms, bathhouses, swimming pools halls, car
washes, cold stores and food processing plants. For the same reason EQUATION
panel radiators should not be installed in newly constructed or modernised
homes that will not be heated during the first year after installation. In all
cases the wall construction, where the radiator is to be mounted, must be
stable and be able to sustain the weight of the product in service. The
maximum working pressure of EQUATION radiators is 10 bars. During
installation, the system pressure test must not exceed 12 bars. For the
correct installation of radiators it is essential that the fixing of the
radiator is carried out in such a way that it is suitable for intended us AND
predictable misuse. A numer of elements need to be taken into consideration
including the fixing method used to secure the radiator to the wall, the type
and condition of the wall itself, and any additional potential forces or
weights that may happen to be applied to the radiator, prior to finalising
installation. EQUATION radiators can be installed without removing the
packaging, which can be left on the radiator even if the heating system is
started to heat or dry out the building during finishing works. The packaging
should only be removed once all the finishing work is complete. Water must not
be drained from the central heating system except in a breakdown situation.
However, when the need to drain the system arises such as during redecoration
for example, only the necessary part should be draind. After completion of the
work, the drained part of the installation should immediately be refilled.
Annual water loss from the installation should not exceed 5% of the total
system capacity for closed systems and 10% of total capacity for open systems.
EQUATION radiators can only be stored in closed and dry storage spaces. It is
not recommended to store radiators in the open air or in damp storage
locations, and to do so will invalidate the guarantee. Radiators should be
transported with due care and carried only in the vertical position. The
surface of the radiator should not be cleaned with detergents containing
solvents, acids or other substances that can cause corrosion

Radiatoarele se folosesc în instalaii de înclzire central prevzute cu pomp i
executate din tevi de oel, cupru sau plastic cu barier antidifuzie iar agentul
termic este apa. Pot fi folosite atât în instalaii monotubulare cât i
bitubulare. Aceste radiatoare pot fi montate i în instalaii cu circulaie
gravitaional îns cu limitrile rezultate din rezistena lor hidraulic.
Radiatoarele se folosesc pentru înclzirea spaiilor de locuit, de birouri, de
prestri de servicii precum i în alte încperi în care nu exist aciunea duntoare
de coroziune a substanelor aflate în aer i mai ales când nu are loc umezirea
permanent sau temporar a suprafeei radiatorului. În schimb nu pot fi utilizate
în încperi unde au loc astfel de influene nefavorabile, cum ar fi de exemplu:
în baie, spltorii, bazine de înot, spltorii auto, camere frigorifice,
întreprinderi de prelucrare alimentar. Pe acelai motiv nu se admite montajul
radiatoarelor în casele care în primul an de la construire sau modernizare nu
vor fi înclzite. Radiatoarele se vor folosi în instalaii de înclzire central
închise, etane i asigurate cu vas de expansiune închis, sub presiune cu
membran elastic si pern de azot. Se permite montarea lor în instalaii mici
deschise cu putere termic 25 kW, îns cu condiia folosirii în aceste instalaii
a inhibitorilor de coroziune admii. Instalaiile prevzute cu radiatoare trebuie
umplute i completate cu ap de o anumit calitate, cu indicatori principali de
calitate care nu depesc valorile de mai jos: · suma ionilor clorurilor i
sulfailor nu poate fi mai mare de 150 mg/l (în instalaii cu tevi de cupru nu
mai mare de 50 mg/l) · coninutul de oxigen nu poate fi mai mare de 0,1 mg/l ·
pH-ul trebuie s se încadreze între 7.0 ÷ 10.0 · duritatea general nu poate fi
mai mare de 4.0 mval/l Nu se admite, cu excepia avariilor, evacuarea apei din
instalaia de înclzire central. În caz c trebuie golit instalaia, de exemplu în
timpul reparaiei, se va evacua apa doar din aceea parte a instalaiei care este
absolut necesar. Dup executarea lucrrilor, partea golit a instalaiei se va
umple imediat cu ap. Pierderile anuale de ap în instalaia de înclzire central
nu trebuie s depeasc 5% din volumul total al instalaiei în sistem închis i 10%
din volumul total al instalaiei în sistem deschis. Se interzice montarea
radiatoarelor în instalaii în care presiunea de lucru maxim poate depi 10 bari
iar temperatura este de peste 110°C. În timpul probei de etaneitate a
instalaiei aceast presiune nu poate depi 12 bari. Sursa termic a instalaiilor
de înclzire central prevzute cu radiatoare pot fi cazanele sau schimbtoarele
de cldur. Nu se admite folosirea radiatoarelor în instalaii de înclzire
central racordate direct la reeaua termic cu temperaturi înalte, de exemplu
prin intermediul centralelor hidro-elevatoare sau cu pompe de amestec. La
montarea radiatoarelor în instalaii centralizate de ora se recomand montarea
de filtre Y pentru impuriti, pe conductele care alimenteaz radiatoarele cu
agent termic provenit din reelele termice secundare (95/75 °C).
Radiatoarele trebuie montate fr a se scoate ambalajul individual din fabric. Ambalajul trebuie lsat pe radiator chiar i atunci când instalaia de înclzire central este pus în funciune în vederea înclzirii cldirii în timpul lucrrilor de finisare sau pentru uscarea cldirii. Se recomand înlturarea ambalajului de ctre utilizatorul încperii doar dup terminarea tuturor lucrrilor de finisare. Radiatoarele se vor depozita doar în spaii închise i uscate. Se interzice depozitarea radiatoarelor în aer liber sau în încperi umede. Radiatoarele se transport doar in poziie verticala, în mijloace de transport uscate i acoperite. Nu se poate cura suprafaa radiatoarelor folosind detergeni care conin solveni, acizi sau alte substane care pot provoca coroziune.
f WARUNKI STOSOWANIA GRZEJNIKÓW PLYTOWYCH
Grzejniki przeznaczone s do stosowania w pompowych instalacjach centralnego
ogrzewania wykonanych z rur stalowych czarnych, miedzianych lub z tworzywa
sztucznego z barier antydyfuzyjn, w których czynnikiem grzejnym jest woda.
Mona stosowa je zarówno w instalacjach jedno- jak i dwururowych. Grzejniki te
mog by take zamontowane w instalacjach grawitacyjnych, ale z ograniczeniami
wynikajcymi z ich oporu hydraulicznego. Grzejniki stosuje si do ogrzewania
pomieszcze mieszkalnych, biurowych, uslugowych oraz innych w których nie ma
szkodliwego oddzialywania korozyjnego substancji zawartych w powietrzu a w
szczególnoci nie ma stalego lub okresowego zawilgocenia powierzchni grzejnika.
Nie wolno stosowa ich natomiast w pomieszczeniach gdzie takie niekorzystne
oddzialywania zachodz np.: w lazienkach, pralniach, laniach, halach basenów,
myjniach samochodowych, chlodniach, zakladach przetwórstwa spoywczego. Z tego
samego powodu nie dopuszcza si montau grzejników w domach, które w pierwszym
roku po wybudowaniu lub modernizacji nie bd ogrzewane. Grzejniki naley stosowa
w szczelnych, zamknitych instalacjach centralnego ogrzewania, zabezpieczonych
przeponowymi naczyniami wzbiorczymi. Dopuszcza si ich monta w malych
instalacjach otwartych, o mocy cieplnej do 25 kW, ale pod warunkiem uywania w
nich dopuszczonych do stosowania inhibitorów korozji. Instalacje z grzejnikami
musz by napelniane i uzupelniane wod o odpowiedniej jakoci, której
najwaniejsze wskaniki jakociowe nie mog przekracza podanych niej wielkoci: ·
sumaryczna zawarto jonów chlorkowych i siarczanowych nie moe by wiksza ni 150
mg/l (dla instalacji z rur miedzianych nie wiksza ni 50 mg/l) · zawarto tlenu
nie moe by wiksza ni 0.1 mg/l · odczyn wody pH powinien zawiera si w
przedziale 7.0 ÷ 10.0 · twardo ogólna nie moe by wiksza ni 4.0 mval/l
Niedopuszczalne jest, poza awariami, oprónianie instalacji centralnego
ogrzewania z wody. W razie potrzeby oprónienia instalacji np. podczas remontu,
wod naley usun tylko z tej czci, z której jest to niezbdne. Po wykonaniu prac
oprónion cz instalacji trzeba natychmiast ponownie napelni wod. Roczne ubytki
wody w instalacji centralnego ogrzewania nie powinny przekracza 5% pojemnoci
calej instalacji systemu zamknitego oraz 10% pojemnoci calej instalacji
systemu otwartego. Zabrania si montau grzejników w instalacjach, w których
maksymalne cinienie robocze moe wzrosn powyej 10 bar a temperatura powyej 110
°C. Podczas próby szczelnoci instalacji cinienie to nie moe przekroczy 12 bar.

Grzejniki naley montowa bez zdejmowania indywidualnego opakowania fabrycznego. Opakowanie to powinno pozosta na grzejniku nawet, jeeli instalacja centralnego ogrzewania uruchamiana jest w celu ogrzewania budynku podczas prac wykoczeniowych lub w celu osuszania budynku. Zaleca si, aby opakowanie zdejmowane bylo przez uytkownika pomieszczenia dopiero po zakoczeniu wszystkich prac wykoczeniowych. Grzejniki naley skladowa tylko w pomieszczeniach zamknitych i suchych. Zabrania si skladowania grzejników na wieym powietrzu czy te w wilgotnych pomieszczeniach. Grzejniki transportowa z naleyt ostronoci, przewozi w suchych i zamknitych przestrzeniach ladunkowych i przenosi tylko w pozycji pionowej. Nie wolno czyci powierzchni grzejnika przy uyciu rodków czyszczcych zawierajcych rozpuszczalniki, kwasy lub inne substancje powodujce korozj.
