Getting Started

Card Installation
To make sure your smartphone be able to call, please insert the SIM card. The card slot location is as follows:

Power On/off

  1. Press and hold the power button for 2~3s to turn on your phone. Select your language and set up your phone following the start guide.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 2s, then release it. It will show Power off, Restart and Screenshot on the screen. Tap Power off to turn off the phone.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 10s to do a forced reboot when it’s frozen.

Battery

  1. DO NOT attempt to replace the phone battery by yourself because you may damage the battery, which might cause overheating, fire or injury.
  2. DO NOT dispose of phone in a fire.
  3. DO NOT expose the phone battery to any heat source, direct sunlight or high temperature.
  4. Only use the ORIGINAL power adapter provided by us to charge the phone battery.
  5. We suggest you drain the battery completely once a month if only use your phone occasionally.
  6. The Lition battery in your phone should be serviced or recycled by an authorized service provider, and must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.
  7. Dispose of battery according to your local environmental laws and regulations.

Sleep Mode
Go to Settings> Display> Screen timeout to set the time of entering the Sleep Mode.

  1. Press the Volume- button and the Power On/ Off button for 2 seconds to capture a picture.

Language

Setting steps:
“Settings”→”System”→”Language”→”System Language”→ choose the language which you want to use.

Factory Date Reset

Setting steps:
“Settings”→”System”→”Reset options”→ “Erase all data(factory reset)”

Home Settings, Widgets and Wallpapers

Tap and hold the empty section of a Home Screen, Home Settings, Widgets and Wallpapers will be displayed.

Setting Basics

Quick Settings
Swipe down from the top of the screen to access Quick Settings. Short press the icons to enable/disable the functions; long press the icons to enter the detailed settings interface.

  • WiFi. Tap to connect/disconnect to a wireless network.

  • Bluetooth. Enable/disable the Bluetooth of the phone.

  • Mobile data. Turn on/off mobile data.

  • Do Not Disturb. Mute sound and stop calls, messages and alarms as you set.

  • Auto-rotate. Turn on/off the Auto-rotate of the screen.

  • Flashlight. Turn on/off the flashlight of the phone.

  • Airplane mode. Turn on/off all the wireless functions.

  • Location. Enable/disable location access.

  • Battery saver. Tap to choose one battery mode you prefer to save the power.

Tips:
If you have installed two SIM cards, the phone will use the mobile data of SIM 1 default. You can manually enable the mobile data of SIM 2, then the mobile data of SIM 1 will be automatically turned off.

Troubleshooting

Q1. The phone doesn’t power on.

  • Reboot your phone after charging for more than 30 minutes.
  • Press the power button to check if the phone is in the Sleep Mode.
  • Press and hold the power button for 10s to reboot it.

Q2. The phone doesn’t charge.

  • Make sure the USB cable is properly plugged into the charging port.
  • Try another compatible USB cable and adapter.

Q3. Error message occurs during the operation.

  • Uninstall the App with error message, then download and install again.
  • Press and hold the power button for 10s to power off.

Q4. The phone cannot be detected by the computer.

  • Make sure the phone is powered on.
  • Try another USB cable.
  • Try another USB port on the computer.
  • Instead of Charge only, choose Media device File Transfer) or Camera (PTP) when connecting the phone to the computer.

Q5. The phone cannot connect to the WiFi.

  • Make sure the WiFi in your phone is ON.
  • Make sure you input the correct password when connecting the Wifi.
  • Restart the router.
  • Make sure there is no filter setting or device connection limitation in the setting of the router.
  • Forget the current WiFi, reset the router and connect to the Wifi again.

Q6. The storage space of the phone is not enough.

  • Delete the Apps you don’t use.
  • Clear the cache of the Apps regularly.
  • Install a memory card to expand the storage.

Q7. The screen is unresponsive.

  • Check if the screen is dusty or greasy. If yes, please gently wipe the screen with a cloth to clean it.
  • Press and hold the Power key for 10 seconds to turn off the phone, then power on the phone and try again.

Q8. The font size is too small to read.

  • Please go to Settings > Display > Setting > Display > Display size and text.

Q9. Can the phone support OTG function?

  • Yes, but an extra OTG cable is required. You can connect the mouse or a USB drive through the cable then.

Q10. The phone only has 2G/3G signal, not 4G signal.

  • Please check whether the 4G switch is turned on. Go to Settings > Mobile network > Advanced > Preferred network type and enable the option of 4G/3G/2G auto.
  • Please check whether the SIM card is dirty, oxidized, or irregular in shape.
  • Check whether the network is abnormal.
  • It is recommended to try after resetting the APN. Go to Settings > Mobile network > Advanced > Access Point Names, then tap on the top right and select “Reset to default”.
  • Restore network settings and try again. Go to Settings > System>Reset options, select Reset WiFi, mobile & Bluetooth.

Q11. What to do with unstable signal, no signal, and poor signal?

  • Metal protective shell, magnetic bracket or chuck may interfere with the signal. If you have used one, please remove it and try again.
  • Closed indoor environments may result in poor signal. You can change your current location and try again.
  • It is recommended to try after resetting the APN. Go to Settings>Mobile network >Advanced>APNS, then tap : on the top right and select “Reset to default”.

Q12. What should I do if there is an echo during a phone call?

  • If you occasionally hear the other persons echo during a call, it may be that the microphone or earpiece of the other person is abnormal. You could suggest earphones.
  • If you occasionally hear your echo during a call, it may be that you have blocked your microphone accidently.
  • If you hear echos during all calls, please contact us for more help.

Q13. Why can’t the SIM card be inserted into the card slot?

  • Please check whether the SIM card is dirty, oxidized, or irregular in shape.
  • Check whether the orientation of the SIM card is right.
  • Check whether the orientation of the card tray is right.

Hints:
RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED WITH AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERS ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.

The frequency range of the device complies with the regulation if it is placed 5 mm from the body during operation.
