STEP 1: Log in to the portal at
policyholder.pinnacol.com.

STEP 2: From the homepage click My Account.

STEP 3: Click Loss Run Suite from the Reports section.

STEP 4: From the Loss Run Report page click on the Date Range tab.
STEP 5: From the Loss Run Report page enter Injury Start Date as
07/01/2020.
Use today’s date for the Inju ry End Date.

Select PDF for the Report Format.

Click on Run Report.
From the Loss Run Report page click on the Date Range tab.
From the Loss Run Report page enter Injury Start Date as 07/01/2020.
Use today’s date for the Injury End Date. -
Select PDF for the Report Format.

Click on Run Report.
STEP 6: Allow the report to download and then click to open. Once the
report is open, scroll down until Allow the report to download and then click
to open. Once the report is open. scroll down until you see the colored bar
charts labeled Charts of Frequency and Severity by Injury Cause Group.
The first chart will show Total Cost by Injury Cause Group. The second chart
will show Frequency by Injury Cause Group.
