Charge the tablet

• Please use a 5V/2A charge to charge the tablet.

Setting the Display Language and Input Method

1. On your Android device, tap Settings.
2. Tap System -Languages &input → Languages.
3. Tap Add a language and choose the language that you want to use.
4. Drag your language to the top of the list.

Micro SD Card Tray Installation

1. Place the Micro SD card with the metal pointer side down and the tablet screen facing up. Then align the card slot and gently press the Micro SD card into the slot from left to right to fix it.
2. Use your fingernail to press sightly firmly along the edge of the Micro SD card and the Micro SD card will pop out.
3. After the Micro SD card is ejected, the Micro SD card can be pulled out along the edge of the micro SD card.

Connection with PC USB Connect

• Use a USB cable to connect the device to the PC, the device will pop up the USB connection window, click
• Turn on USB storage to connect to the PC.
• Into the load mode, you can copy, or delete the file on the device and the file on the memory card.

OTG Use

• Support FAT32 format mobile memory devices, such as USB disks.
• The way for Plug and play.
• Use OTG cable to connect MID USB OTG PORT with other devices.

Troubleshooting

The tablet doesn't power on.

Reboot your tablet after charging for 30 minutes Press the power button to check if the tablet is in Sleep Mode Press and hold the power button for 5s to turn off the tablet, then reboot it; Press the Reset button with a pin to reboot the tablet.

The tablet doesn't charge.

Make sure the USB cable is properly plugged into the charging port Try another compatible USB cable and adapter.

Error message occurs during the operation.

Uninstall the App with the error message, then download and install again Press the Reset button with a pin to reboot the tablet

The tablet cannot be detected by the computer.

Make sure the tablet is powered on Try another USB cable; Try another USB port on the computer; Instead of Charging this device, choose Transfer files or Transfer photos (PTP) when connecting the tablet to the computer.

The tablet cannot connect to the Wi-Fi.

Make sure the Wi-Fi in your tablet is ON Make sure you input the correct password when connecting the Wi-Fi Restart the router Make sure there is no filter setting or device connection limitation in the settings of the router Forget the current Wi-Fi, reset the router, and connect the Wi-Fi again.

The storage space of the tablet is not enough.

Delete the Apps you don't use Clear the cache of the Apps regularly Install a Micro SD card to expand the storage.
