COLOR RANGE
External steel skin is available for different corrosion environments of up to C5 (according to classification in EN12944) and is available in a variety of colors. Color range presented shows only a fraction of most usable colors within the variety of colors available. Other colors are available upon request.

VARIOUS INSTALLATION METHODS
To give architects the opportunity to express their style by choosing Qbiss One façade elements / system, we developed elements that can be installed in various ways.

ELEMENT MEASUREMENTS

MEASUREMENTS
The basic element of Qbiss One is a modular wall element, which is made by an automated robotic production line.
Pre-finished steel sheets are bonded to the core, which is made out of non- combustible mineral wool. Together, the three layers form a solid prefabricated façade element.

The longitudinal joint is the joint formed by the tongue and groove of the façade element. The joint dimensions are 23×24 mm (0.905”x0.94”) (width x depth).
The transversal joint is formed by the edges of the façade element. Façade elements are fixed to the structure using screws. The sealing of the transversal joint is accomplished using an inserted sealing and decorative profile which en-sures an air- and watertight seal, and consequently air and water tight façade system. The joint dimensions are 25×24 mm (0.984”x0.94”) (width x depth).
