Product Usage Instructions:

1. Wireless Bluetooth Connection:

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. After the headset
flashes red and blue lights alternatively, turn on the phone’s
bluetooth. Search and find the device name BH23 to connect. After
successful connection, the blue light flashes slowly.

2. Power On and Power Off:

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on. The
device will automatically pair and connect. Press and hold the
power button for 3 seconds to power off.

3. Charging:

Use the Type-C charging cable to connect to the device. When
charging, the red indicator light is on. The light turns off when
the battery is fully charged.

4. Wired Mode:

To use the wired mode, turn off Bluetooth mode and perform power
off operations. Plug in the 3.5mm audio cable. Note that the
headset button and microphone cannot be used in this state.

Q: What should I do if the device cannot be found?

A: If the phone cannot search for the device, try turning off
the headset and then turning it on again. Additionally, try turning
off the mobile phone’s Bluetooth and then turning it on again.

5- Operating Instructions:

6- Charging

7- Wired Mode
To use the wired mode, turn off the bluetooth mode and perform power off operations. Plug in and deliver the 3.5mm audio cable. The headset button and microphone cannot be used in this state.

9- Common Problems:
1. The device cannot be found
IF the phone cannot search for the device, try to turn off the headset and then turn it on again. Additionaly, try to turn off the bluetooth of the mobile phone and then turn it on again. The dental equipment is cleared, the search pairing function is re-initiated.

2. The device is connected but there is no sound
Adjust the volume of the headset. Check if the volume on the headset is adjusted to the lowest.
3. There is no sound from the headset when the audio cable is plugged in
Remove and plug the audio cable back into the headset and device.
10- Please pay attention to the following signals when using the headset:
The distance between the headset and the mobile phone should not exceed 10-20 meters. There should not be too many interfering obstacles to avoid the problem of a broken link with regard to the bluetooth signal transmission.
In the process of daily use, it is normal to have occasional disconnection problems. After all, bluetooth belongs to wireless signal transmission, much like with Wi-Fi network.
