- Q: How often should I clean the aroma diffuser?
- A: It is recommended to clean the aroma diffuser after every 5-6 uses to prevent any buildup of residue or mold.

- A: It is not recommended to use citrus essential oils as they may cause damage to the internal components of the diffuser. It is best to stick to milder essential oils.
PRODUCT USING INSTRUCTION
INTRODUCTION
- The MOSS aroma diffuser with an capacity of 180ml will be the perfect diffuser & Humidifier for your home or office space.
- Please read the manual carefully to understand how to use the aroma defuser.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Do not open the aroma diffuser when it’s powered on, or the water will sprout.
- Suggesting using normal temperature tap water, or use pure water, mineral water, purified water, etc. Do not use unknown liquid or high concentrated liquid in order to avoid failure.
- The water volume must not exceed the max line of the water tank, otherwise the diffuser function will not work properly.
- Please make sure the aroma diffuser is not tilted when you are adding the water.
- Do not touch the atomizer in the tank by hand directly.
- Please keep the air outlet upwards when draining the water, in order to avoid the water infitrate the air outlet.
- When the machine used in low temperature or high humidity status, it will cause fogging appeareal on the mist spray mouth. It’s the normal appearance that the upper cover has water drops around.
- If you do not use the machine for a long time, make sure the water tank is empty and keep it safe after it is dry.
Preparing the aroma diffuser
- Make sure the aroma diffuser is disconnected from power and open the top part.
- Add water and fill the water tank up till MAX.
- Add essential oil: drop essential oil in the water tank. 2~3 drops at most (about 0.1~0.2ml).
- Assemble the upper cover back on the bottom part. Make sure not too tilt the machine to avoid the water leaking from the water tank.
- Connect the USB cord to the aroma diffuser and the power socket or computer.
Turning on the lED light
- Long press the switch button to turn on the armient light
- Press and hold to turn off the ambient light
Turning on Diffuser function
- Press the switch button briefly to start aromatherapy atomization
- Short press again to stop atomization
Note
- The maximum water volume of the water tank is 120ml, and the water injection volume shall not exceed the maximum water level indicator line, otherwise, the atomization effect will be affected.
- Please use the DC5V-1A input power supply, otherwise the atomization effect will be affected or the host will be damaged.
- Please fill the atomizer with pure water to aviod damage to the atomizer function due to impurities in the water, so as to achieve the best maintenance effect.
- The sound emitted from the water tank during operation is the sound of atomization, which is a normal phenomenon.
