DO NOT install with power applied to the device Please contact us if you have

- In RGBW mode, W channel can be turned on through the Gateway’s colour temperature control interface which will mixx RGB channels as 1 channel white and then make colour tuning with the 4th channel white. Once illuminated, the brightness of the white channel will be controlled together with RGB channel.
- In RGBW mode, W channel can be controlled separately from RGB channels through RGBW ZigBee remote or TouchPanel’s W button. Please reference the devices corresponding manual.
- In RGB+CCT mode (default mode), RGB channels and tunable white channels are controlled separately. They cannot be turned on and controlled at the same time.

Wiring
STEP 1: Follow the wiring diagram according the LED product you are wiring.
Control Method
This device is conttrolled wirelessly via the ZigBee protocol of communication. This controller communicates with a variety of ZigBee Compatible devices. and systems.
ZigBee Network Pairing through Coordinator or Hub (Adding to a ZigBee
Network)
STEP 1 : If this device has been added to a network previously, please
ensure to remove it otherwise pairing will fall. Refer to the Factory Reset
section of the Manual found on Page 3, Section 6 & 7.
STEP 2: From your ZigBee Controller or Hub Interface, choose to add a
lighting device and enter Pairing mode. Please reference your devices
corresponding manual for pairing instructions.
STEP 3: Reset power of the device to set it into network pairing mode
(the connected LED flashes twice slowly). 15 seconds timeout, repeat this
step.
STEP 4: The Connected light will blink 5 times and then stay solid on and
the device wil appear in your controller’s
TouchLink to a ZigBee Remote
STEP 1 : Begin by starting the TouchLink commissioning process. There are two methods:
METHOD 1: Short press the “Program Key” button 4 times (or turn on/off 4
times) to start TouchLink commissioning. 3 minute timeout (180 seconds)
METHOD 2 : Turn on/off one time. TouchLink commissioning will start after
15 seconds if it is not added to a ZigBee network.
Please reference your devices corresponding manual for pairing instructions.
NOTE: Direct TouchLink commission can only link with 1 device. (both not
added to a larger ZigBee network)
NOTE : TouchLink after both added to a ZigBee network can link with a
maximum of 30 remotes.
NOTE; To control by both hub and remote, and remote and device to hub
network first then TouchLink.
NOTE: After TouchLink, the device can be controlled by the linked
remotes.
**Remove from a ZigBee Network Through Coordinator or Hub
Interface**
Factory Reset via Manual Method
Factory Reset through a ZigBee Remote (Touch Reset)
STEP 1 : Reset power of the device to start TouchLink Commissioning. 3
minute timeout (180 seconds)
STEP 2: Bring the remote or touch panel within 10cm of the device.
STEP 3: Set the remote or touch panel into Touch Reset procedure to reset
the device.
Please reference your devices corresponding manual for pairing instructions.
NOTE: Ensure the device is added to the same network.
Factory Reset through a ZigBee Remote (Touch Reset)
STEP 1: Reset power of the device to start TouchLink Commissioning. 3
minute timeout (180 seconds)
STEP 2: Bring the remote or touch panel within 10cm of the device.
STEP 3: Set the remote or touch panel into Touch Reset procedure to reset
the device.
Please reference your devices corresponding manual for pairing instructions.
NOTE: Ensure the device is added to the same network.
STEP 4: There shall be an indication on the remote and the output for a successful reset
Find & Bind Mode
STEP 1: There shall be an indication on the remote or touch panel that it
successfully binded the device.
NOTE: Ensure the device and the remote or touch panel is already added to
the same ZigBee hub.
Pairing with a ZigBee Green Power Switch
STEP 1: Short press “Program Key• button 4 times (or turn on/off the device 4 times}. The connected light should flash slowly. Timeout will occur within 3 minutes (180 seconds)
**Remove Pairing to a ZigBee Green Power Switch

STEP 1: Short press “Program Key• button 3 times (or turn on/off the device 3 times}. The connected light should flash slowly. Timeout will occur within 3 minutes (180 seconds)
**Set up a ZigBee Network & Add Other Devices to the Network (No
Coordinator Required)**
- Step 1) Quick press Program Key button 4 times (or reset power of the device 4 times) to enable the device to set up a add additional devices.
- Step 2) Set another device by referring to the respective manual.
- Step 3) Pair more devices and remotes to the network through Touchlink so that the devices can be controlled by the remotes.
Note: Each additional device (or remote) can link and be controlled by a maximum of 30 remotes
Zigbee Clusters the device supports are as follows
Input Clusters:
- 0x0008: Level Control
- 0x0300: Color Control
- 0x0b05: Diagnostics
Output Clusters:
- 0x0019: OTA
OTA (Over-The-Air)
The device supports firmware updating through OTA. It will automatically check for new firmware every 10 minutes. This firmware from automatically from the main zig bee controller or hub every 10 minutes.
