The only kitchen scale that calculates the PersonalPoints™ value in your food.

Important information

Please read this user guide before using your WW PersonalPoints™ Food Scale.
Ensure you clean the platform of the scale between weighing foods (see section 1.2).
Don’t leave heavy items on top of the scale.
Don’t overload the scale by placing more than 3 kg (6 lb, 9 oz) on the platform and don’t exert excess pressure on the platform, as this will damage the scale.
Don’t immerse the scale in water or put it in the dishwasher.
The minimum weight that the WW PersonalPoints™ Food Scale can accurately measure is 5 g. The accuracy of the scale is within a tolerance of 1 g.

PLEASE NOTE: Faults caused by overloading or immersion in water are not covered by the guarantee.

Inserting and changing batteries

  • Carefully turn the scale over and place it on a flat surface.
  • Remove the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the scale.
  • Load batteries into the compartment with the positive and negative ends facing correctly. (See the diagrams inside the battery compartment.)
  • Replace the battery compartment cover.

Cleaning the WW PersonalPoints Food Scale
To clean the platform and surround of the scale, you can either use a slightly damp nonabrasive cloth or apply a small amount of antibacterial spray to a damp cloth, and then wipe the platform clean. We do not recommend using any cleaning products on the platform.
WARNING: Never spray liquid or apply anything directly onto the scale or the platform. Always use a damp cloth.
To store your WW PersonalPoints™ Food Scale, make sure it is turned off and do not exert excess pressure on the platform, as this will damage the scale. If you are not planning to use your scale for a while, we recommend removing the batteries.

The new WW PersonalPoints™ Food Scale is preprogrammed with more than 1,000 foods and ingredients.
