auto-connects to the last paired device. -

Power/Bluetooth button.

charging. The status light provides battery level indications.

Overview
Sonos’ first headphones offer core features for on-the-go listening and a
unique Sonos experience at home–
Surrounded by audio. Stream lossless audio over Bluetooth or USB-C and
experience hyperrealistic spatial audio.
Ignore the noise. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) neutralizes sound for
maximum immersion.
Adjust for comfort. The extendable headband and rotating earcups adjust to
your head for your individual fit.
Battery lasts up to 30 hours. Listen for 30 hours with ANC enabled. Get 3
hours of playback with a quick 3minute charge using the included USB-C cable.
TV audio swap. Instantly swap TV audio from your Sonos soundbar and enable
head tracking for a uniquely interactive experience.
Sonos S2 compatible. Use the Sonos app to adjust EQ, customize you spatial
audio, and change control functions to your exact preference.

Slide up to increase the volume. Slide down to decrease the volume. Slide and
hold to quickly change the volume.
Press once to play or pause audio.
Double press to skip to the next track. Triple press to go back one track.
Press once to toggle between ambient and noice cancelling mode. Press and hold
to use a voice assistant. Note: If you haven’t setup a voice assistant in the
Sonos app, your device’s voice assistant will activate.
The status light is used to indicate battery level, charging state, Bluetooth
connection, and signals product updates and errors. It turns off when you’re
wearing Sonos S49. Note: The status light will blink blue when you first
powered on S49 and after a factory reset.

USB-C port
Power on Press once to power on. S49 automatically connects to the most
recently paired Bluetooth device. Bluetooth pairing
Press and hold to pair with a new Bluetooth device. Factory reset
Press and hold for 7 seconds while connected to power.
Charging Use the included cable and a compatible (7.5 W minimum) USB-C power
adapter. Line-in Use the Sonos Line-In Adapter (sold separately) to plug in to
a USB-C audio device.
Bluetooth pairing
Sonos S49 goes into Bluetooth pairing mode when you power it on. If a device
was previously paired, S49 will connect to it automatically. You can put S49
into Bluetooth pairing mode using the Power/Bluetooth button:
1. Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button until the status light blinks
blue and you hear a tone.
2. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings. Select S49 from the device list.
3. You’ll hear a tone when S49 successfully connects to your device.

Use your voice to control your Sonos system with any voice-enabled Sonos
product–play and control content, turn the volume up or down, and more.
Sonos Voice Control: control your whole Sonos system with hands-free ease and
unmatched privacy. Sonos Voice Control comes ready to use–it only takes a few
seconds to add when you set up your speakers. More information

Three levels of noise cancelling: Full NC Passthrough (out loud) Off (no NC)

5. Clean only with a dry soft cloth. Household cleaners or solvents can
damage the finish on your Sonos products. Sonos products with rubber rings on
the bottom, such as Move, One, and One SL, may leave a faint ring on some
surfaces treated with polyurethane. This ring can be easily removed by wiping
with a damp cloth.
6. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.
7. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers,
stoves, or other apparatus that produce heat.
8. Protect the power cable from being walked on or pinched, particularly at
plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
apparatus.
9. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
10. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long
periods of time.
11. Refer all servicing to Sonos qualified service personnel. Servicing is
required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply
