Product Usage Instructions
- Installation:
- Before starting the installation, ensure that the product is only installed by a qualified bathroom installer.
- Check for defects in the pack before proceeding with the installation.
- The furniture should be placed in a well-ventilated bathroom away from bath/showers to prevent splashing. Secure the unit and basin to a strong wall for stability.
- Caution:
- Use power tools carefully near water; consider using a residual current device (RCD).
- Beware of hidden pipes or cables.
- Wear eye protection when drilling.
- When drilling on tiled surfaces, use masking tape to prevent slipping.
- Aftercare:
- Do:
- Wipe away water splashes and condensation after use.
- Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Use limescale remover on the basin if needed after testing on an inconspicuous area.
- Don’t:
- Scrub or scour the furniture or basin.
- Use furniture polish, abrasive, or bleaching cleaning agents.
- Allow hot or sharp objects to touch the furniture or basin.
- Basin Fitting Instructions:
- After plumbing the basin, secure it to the washstand or wall with silicone sealant for a watertight seal and damage prevention.
- Fixing Unit To Wall:
- Push the connected unit to the wall and secure it using appropriate fixings as shown in Figure 1.
- Hinge Adjustment:
- To make adjustments, follow the steps outlined in Figure 3.

- Q: Can I use abrasive cleaners on the furniture?
- A: No, abrasive cleaners should not be used on the furniture as they can damage the surface.
- Q: How should I clean the basin?
- A: Clean the basin with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive cleaners. Use a limescale remover if necessary after testing on a small area first.

Installation and Aftercare Instructions Before You Start
- The product should only be installed by a suitably qualified/competent/experienced bathroom installer.
- Check the contents of the pack for defects before installation. The supplier will not accept any retting costs if the faulty product has been tested.
- The furniture should only be installed in a well-ventilated bathroom at a distance from baths/showers to avoid splashing.
- Make sure the unit and basin are secured to a suitably strong / reinforced wall to ensure stability.
CAUTION
- Take care when using power tools near water – the use of a residual current device (RCD) is recommended.
- Beware of hidden pipes or cables.
- Wear suitable eye protection when drilling.
- Take care when drilling tiled surfaces as the drill might slip. We recommend using a piece of masking tape to prevent the drill from wandering.
Aftercare
Do
- Wipe away any water splashes or condensation after use. Excessive exposure to water or sitting water will damage the furniture.
- Clean with a soft damp cloth with a mild detergent only. The surface should then be fully dried using a soft lint-free cloth.
- A suitable limescale remover can be used on the BASIN ONLY if required but MUST be tested on an inconspicuous area of the basin/furniture first.

- Scrub or scour any part of the furniture or basin.
- Use furniture polish.
- Use abrasive or bleaching cleaning agents.
- Allow hot or sharp objects to contact the furniture or basin.
Basin Fitting Instructions
- Once the basin is plumbed in, finish by securing it to the washstand or wall with a silicone sealant (not supplied). This creates a water-tight seal and prevents damage.
- Ensure silicone/ sealant sits on the outer edge of the furniture to prevent any water pooling, see the below diagram for positioning.
Fixing Unit To Wall
- Push the connected unit to the wall and secure it in place as per Figure 1 using suitable fixings (not supplied).

- Screw in place from the back of the door.

- To make adjustments 1 remove locking screws D
- loosen screws B adjust and retighten
- To make adjustments 2 turn screw A
- To make adjustments 3
- loosen screw C adjust and retighten
