Canada
The installer of this radio equipment must ensure that the product is located such that it does not emit RF field in excess of Health Canada limits for the general population; consult Safety Code 6, obtainable from Health Canada’s Web site www.hc-sc.gc.ca/rpb. As mentioned before, the installer cannot control the antenna orientation. However,
they could place the complete product in a way that causes the problem mentioned above.
This class B digital apparatus complies with ISED CAN ICES 003(B) / NMB-003(B), RSS-GEN, RSS-216, and RSS-247. This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licenceexempt RSS(s).

RF Exposure Requirements (MPE)

To comply with FCC and Industry Canada and CE exposure essential requirements, this equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm (8 inches) between the radiator & your body.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

BLE Advertising Timing and Interval
The BLE radio shall not transmit any packets when no device is receiving power from the wireless charger. The BLE radio shall begin transmitting advertising packets within 1 second of a device placed on the wireless charger. The BLE radio shall stop transmitting 60 seconds +/- 1 seconds after a device is placed on the wireless charger. The BLE radio shall transmit advertising packets at a  frequency of 2 Hz.

Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cable or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
  11. The Mains plug should be readily available to disconnect the equipment.
