Product Usage Instructions

Installation Instructions

  1. Thread the motor on the shaft and place the bracket on the
    side.

  2. Mark and punch the positioning hole on the wall, then fix the
    bracket with M8*50 expansion screws.

  3. Fix the motor on the bracket with M8*16 hex socket screws.

  4. Align the keyway pipe groove of the door body with the motor
    shaft groove, insert the pin key, and tighten the top screws.

  5. Remove the white cover and cover plate as indicated, if
    necessary.

  6. Add an installation bracket at the bottom of the motor to
    prevent swinging during operation.

  7. Insert the power cord into the motor socket and plug into the
    power source, ensuring the motor is in a locked state.

  8. Set limits on the circuit board if needed.

6. Installation Figure Installation Step

1. The motor is threaded on the shaft, the bracket is placed on the side, the positioning hole is marked on the wall and punched, the bracket is fixed on the wall with M8*50 expansion screws.

2. The motor is fixed on the bracket with 8*16 hex socket screws, and then the door body is pushed to make the groove of the keyway pipe match the groove of the motor shaft,and the pin key is inserted. Install the locating sleeve and tighten the top screws.

3. At the arrow position on the white cover, push up wards to remove the white cover. at the arrow position on the cover plate, push down wards to remove the cover plate.

4. To prevent the motor from swinging during operation, an installation bracket is added at the bottom of the motor.adjust the bracket to find the appropriate position, fix the bracket to the wall with M850 expansion screws, and then fix the bracket to the bottom of the motor with M614 screws.

5. Insert the power cord into the motor socket, plug into the power source, and power on the motor pulling down the green bead is locking, and during debugging, ensure that the motor is in a locked state.(pulling down the red bead is the clutch, pulling down the green bead is the lock.)

1.1

Preparing

1.1.1 Pull the green bead to ensure that the motor is in a locked state.

Plug in the power, the display screen will show the version number for 2 seconds, and then 1.1.2 the LED will turn off, and the motor will enter standby mode.

1.2

Setting open and close positions

1.2.1

Press and hold P, and release when the LED display shows “1”, entering the door upper limit setting state.

1.2.2

Then press and hold ” ¶” key until you reach the right position, it flashes “n” during the process.

1.2.3 Press “P” to confirm the open position. The display will then show “2” and wait for the close position setting.

1.2.4 Then press and hold “” key, it flashes “u” .

Press the “P” key to confirm finish the setting, it flashes “n”. door will automatically 1.2.5 run one complete cycle by moving to the fully opened position and back to fully
closed position.

1.2.6 “11” will be displayed to end the setting.displaying a “-” indicates that the setting has failed and the itinerary needs to be reset.

1.3

Adding transmitters

1.3.1 Press “C” key, it displays ” “.

1.3.2

Click the button on the remote control, then release and press the same button again, ” ” flashes.

1.3.3

Then it displays “11” to show setting is complete. repeat up steps to code a maximum of 20 different transmitters ‘ and/or buttons.

1.4

Clear /reset all remoter

1.4.1 When the unit has stored full codes, it flashes “F”, or preventing coding mistakes, it is necessary to cancel all the stored codes.

1.4.2 Press and hold “C” key, it displays ” “. hold more than 8 seconds.

1.4.3 It displays “C” flashing, show the code clearing is complete.

1.5

Auto-close function

Long press “¶” key and hold on until the number is displayed on the screen, then 1.5.1 release “¶” key, at this time, it will display “0” to “9”.

Press “¶” or “” to adiust. “0”means AUTO-CLOSE function is invalid. “1-9”
means that the time is:10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 90s, 120s, 180s.

After setting, press “P” to confirm. Default setting: “0”.

1.6

Infrared function

1.6.1

Long press “” key and hold on until the number is displayed on the screen, then release “” key, at this time, it will display “II” or “H”.

Press “¶” or “” key to adjust whether the infrared is effective or not, and 1.6.2 press “P” key to confirm. “II” means the infrared is not effective, “H” means the
infrared is effective.

1.6.3 Default setting: “H”.

Close force adjusting

1.7.1

Press and hold the “P” key until it displays “3”. Then it will show the current rebound force setting (with “5” as the default).

1.7.2

Use “¶” or “” key to adjust the rebound force (9 is the max and 1 is the mini) . press “P” key to confirm.

Auto-lock function

1.8.1

Press and hold the “P” key until it displays “4”. (with “0” as the default for disabled automatic lock).

Press “¶” to change the setting. “1” to enable, “0” to disable. press the”P” key to
confirm.

Adjusting of opening force

1.9.1 Long press “P” key and hold on, it displays “5”. release “P” key, it display “1” to “9” adjustable.

Press “¶” or “” key to adjust. form “1” to “9”, there are 9 grades. “9” is max, and “1” is mini, press “P” key to save, return back to standby mode.

1.9.3 Default setting: “9”.

2.1

Adjusting of closeing speed

2.1.1

Press and hold the “P” key until it displays “6”. Then it will show the current opening force setting (with “7” as the default).

2.1.2

Press “¶”or “” to adjust. “5” is 50% of full speed, “6” is 60%, “7” is 70%, and “0” is 100%,press “P’ to confirm.

2.2

Set ventilation position

2.2.1

Long press “P” key and hold on, it displays “7”. release “P” key, it display “0” to “9” adjustable.

Press “¶” or “”key to adjust. the display “0”means that the ventilation function
2.2.2 is off; the display “1” to “9” means that the ventilation position is the set value (1-9)x5CM; press the “P” key to save and return to standby state.

2.2.4

Instructions: The height of ventilation position is calculated from the close limit. If the setting position is bigger than the open limit, it can only be opened to the open limit. after the door is completely closed, press the ventilation key on the remote control, and the door will open and stop at the ventilated position set.

If “0” is set, the door can be controlled by the ventilation key after learning. If “1” to “9” is set,
2.2.5 the ventilation key can only control the open ventilation position, and other keys must be
learned to control the door.

2.3

Installation direction setting

2.3.1

Long press “P” key and hold on, it displays “8”. release “P” key, it display “0” or “1” adjustable.

During the adjusting, if the setting direction is wrong. it only needs press “¶” or 2.3.2 “” key to adjust change the “0” or “1” in the menu of 8 to solve the problem.
After setting, press “P” to confirm.

2.4

Electronic lock

Long press “P” key and hold on, it displays “9”. release “P” key, it display “0” or “1” adjustable.
Press “¶” or “” key to adjust. “1”means the electronic lock function on, “0” means the electronic lock function off, after setting, press “P” key to confirm.

Garden function

2.5.1

Long press “P” key and hold on, it displays “A”. release “P” key, it display “0” to “2” adjustable.

Press “¶” or “” key to adjust. “1”means the garden function opens. during the 2.5.2 door opening and receive the control signal, the door will stop, again received the
control signal, will open the door till the top, closed the door when receive the signal.

2.5.3

“2”means the garden function opens. when the door is closed, press the remote control, and the door will be opened directly after the door stops. when the door is opened, press the remote control, and the door will be opened to the top without signal control.

2.5.4 “0”means the garden function off. after setting, press “P” key to confirm.

2.5.5 Default setting: “0”.

2.6

Remote control to enter into learning mode

2.6.1

Long press “P” key and hold on,it displays “b”. release “P” key, it display “0” or “1” adjustable.

2.6.2

Press the “¶” displays “1”, press “” displays “0”,press “P” key to save settings, return to standby mode. “0”: Remote control learning is not supported. “1”: When the coded remote control presses 2+4 at the same time and holds for 5s, it enters the coded state and flashes the light at the same time. After learning successfully or 10s, it will return to standby state.

This function is only effective when the photoelectric protection and automatic door closing function are turned on and when the external infrared ray is connected.

Press “¶” or “” key to adjust. “0”means the function is NO, “1” means the terminal is NC. after setting, press “P” key to confirm.

2.9

Maintenance reminder function

2.9.1

Long press “P” key and hold on,it displays “E”. release “P” key, it display “0” or “9” adjustable.

Press “¶” or “” key to adjust the maintenance times of the door body. “0” is 2.9.2 closed,1=5000, 2=10000,3=15000… 9=45000, after selecting the maintenance
times, press the setting key to confirm and finish the setting.

2.9.3 When the set value is reached, each time the light starts flashing and alarms for 2 minutes.

2.9.4

When you need to reselect counting, first select “0”, then set the required value, and then start counting again.

2.9.5 Count to fully open the door plus 1 time. Default setting: “0”.

3.1

Restore factory setting

3.1.1 Quickly press the “P” key 8 times, and the digital display screen will show the “program version”,
then the screen will display “-” and the program will be restored to factory settings.

After restoring the factory settings, all settings will be cleared and need to be reset.

WARNING

The power shall be connected by professional person to the socket meeting the construction standards, electrical guidelines and corresponding supply voltage, with well grounded.
Please use the remote control within sight and 30 meters from the motor to avoid safety accidents. Do not stand or cross under the running door. Children are not allowed to play with the remote control.
Installed away from fire, moisture, electromagnetic interference and other places. The installation person shall wear protective glasses and gloves during the installation.
Do not replace or remove parts. Please carefully check the whole door system (hinges,
door bearings, wire ropes, spring and fixed parts) for wear and damage before installation. In the process of route setting, function adjusting and remote control, please ensure that no person or object is in the door driving area. Do not hang the weight on the clutch rope. make sure that no people (especially children) or objects in the door driving area before installation. Only professionals can replace working parts (internal parts of gearbox, chains, anti-drop card, etc.), especially safety parts.
