Indicator Status

Work Normally: Light is always on

Installation Steps

  • Unscrew the fixed nut, and place it on the ball joint of the air vent clip.
  • Insert the ball joint into the socket on the back of the phone holder until you hear a “Click”
  • Tighten the fixed nut.
  • Rotate the knob to adjust the hook to fit the air vent blade.
  • Insert the car phone mount into a suitable place on the air vent, then tighten the locking knob to secure the car phone mount firmly.

Charging Steps

  • Pull out the USB-C cable to plug into the power port, then put the phone on the holder and it can be charged.
  • When you do not need it, stretch the USB-C cable again, and it’ll retract itself.

Note

  1. About using non-standard car chargers: recommend using QC3.0 or PD18W or above.
  2. Metal accessories (iron pieces, finger clasps) or credit cards can interfere with charging. Phone Cases containing metal will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
  3. Using the phone for GPS navigation or listening to music while charging can significantly affect the charging speed. When using GPS applications, the power consumption may be higher than the charging speed.
  4. It is normal to have slight heating during the use of the wireless charger, if you encounter serious heating, please suspend the use and contact our after-sales mailbox.
