User Instructions

How to Power on

  1. Click to power on;
  2. Connect a device to automatically start.

LED Indicator Instructions

  1. The remaining battery level is visible only when device is powered on;
  2. If no device is connected for 30 seconds, it will enter sleep mode and the LED lights will automatically turn off.

Operating Environment

  1. Storage temperature: -10°C – 50°C;
  2. Charging temperature: 0°C – 40°C;
  3. Too high or low temperature (exceeding 15°C) may cause device failure.

Charge the Power Bank

  1. Please use a charging cable and charger that match the voltage and current of the product to charge the power bank;
  2. Use the charging cable of your digital device, connect the Type-C connector to the “IN/OUT2” input interface of the power bank;
  3. Connect the USB-A connector to the charger port. The last LED light will start flashing, indicating that the power bank is being charged;
  4. When the power bank is fully charged, the LED light will stop flashing and remain steady.

Charge a Digital Device with the Power Bank

  1. Check if the charging voltage of the digital device matches the output voltage of the power bank;
  2. Use the original charging cable of the digital device. Connect one end to the digital device and the other end to the output port of the power bank.
    • It will automatically enter the charging state;
  3. Press the power button once to start wireless charging for smartwatches.

Low Battery Warning

When the battery level is approximately below 5%, the LED lights will flash simultaneously, indicating low battery status. Please recharge.

 Power Off and Reset Function

  1. Press the button twice to turn off the output of the power bank and allow it to enter sleep mode. The power bank will not enter sleep mode when being charged;
  2. Long press the power button for 10 seconds to force the software reset.

Important Notes

  1. Please fully charge the power bank prior to first use,
  2. To ensure the proper use of the power bank, please use the correct cables and accessories. Before charging digital devices, please confirm their input voltage/current;
  3. Do not use chargers with higher input voltage/ current than the power bank;
  4. It is strictly prohibited to drop, impact, disassemble, modify, or attempt self-repair of the power bank, to avoid damaging its protection system and causing battery overheating, fire, or explosion;
  5. Do not place the power bank in damp areas, immerse it in water, or expose it to heat sources that are flammable. Do not use the power bank after it has been immersed in water;
  6. Do not leave the power bank inside a vehicle, as exposure to high temperatures from sunlight may damage the product or cause it to catch fire or explode;
  7. Do not insert any foreign objects into the metal holes of the product to avoid short circuits or damage;
  8. If any abnormalities such as battery swelling, leakage, or deformation occur, then discontinue use;
  9. If the power bank experiences strong impact or severe compression, falls from a height of over 1 meter, or exhibits shell deformation or bulging, then discontinue use;
  10. To avoid long-term storage degradation, please fully charge the power bank at least once every three months.
