Product Overview

Thank You for purchasing our vehicle GPS tracker. It’s for monitoring and protecting the vehicles from stealing. Tracer using U-blox GPS and GSM/GPRS technology.

Hardware Specification

Installing the SIM card

The SIM Card is not included. The device can work with any SIM card that supports the GSM 2G network of local operators.
Warning: Before installing the SIM card, make sure it is not protected with a PIN code. If PIN protection is present, use a mobile phone to remove the PIN protection. The SIM card should also be topped up with funds to enable communication with the user.

Device charging
Before first use, fully charge battery (approx. 1-2 hours of charging)

Turning ON device By computer
Install the SIM card by inserting it with the correct side. Tracer will turn on automatically. After installing SIM card you will saw blue LED under the charging flap. To turn off tracer, remove the SIM card.

Configuration and Operation by SMS

To Set the Center Number

• Command: admin+123456+space+1991797073
• NOTE: The letters or symbols should be English and the letters should be in lower-case.
• Example: admin123456 19917970733
• Using your mobile phone,send the above command to the phone number of the device,it will reply: admin ok!
• To delete this number,you can send: admin123456 1991797073 to the phone number of the device.
• Center number can control the oil and power and resume factory settings
• Only one number can be center number.

Changing the password

• Command: password+old123456+space+new 123456
• For example: password123456 666888

GPRS Setting

In order to use the GPRS function,the user needs to setup the APN by sending SMS command.
what is APN? Access Point name(APN) is the name used to identify a general packet radio service (GPRS) bearer service in the GSM mobile network. The APN defines the type of service that is provided in the packet data connection.

• Make sure that the SIM card in the tracker supports the GPRS function.
• The APN can be acquired from your local GSM operators.

Command: apn+123456+apn content
Note: Some APN without user name and password,so please leave it blank.
For example: apn123456 apn

• please set it up when the device can not connect with the web platform or the APP.
• After sending the command,it will reply: apn ok!

Set up the SMS Language

Command: LANG,0# (English)
LANG,1# (Chinese)

Location request
Command: G+123456#
The device will reply: tracker ok the IMEI No, the date, the time, the map link, the longitude and latitude

Example: G123456#

• lon: 114.08726

Click on the link then the location can be shown directly on Google Map on your mobile phone.

Vibration Alarm
Command: shock+password (turn on this function) noshock+password (turn off this function)

Change the way of alarm

• Command: sossms123456 (alarm by sms)
• Command: soscall123456 (alarm by calling)
• Command: nosossms123456 (turn off all the way of alarm)
• Command: nososcall123456 (turn off all the way of alarm)

Cut off / Recover oil and power | Only for model: BL008, BL03FA

• Command: RELAY,1# (cut off oil and power) Auto-Reply: relayer enable OK!
• Command: RELAY,0#(recover oil and power) Auto-Reply: relayer disable OK!

Listen-in (Voice Monitoring)

Compatible with:
Command: monitor123456 (turn on the function) tracker123456 (turn off the function)

• Please call the mobile number in the device to hear what happened around it after receiving the SMS reply

Over-Speed Alert
Command: speed123456 080 (080 is the set-up speed) /nospeed123456 (turn off this function)

• this is to turn on/off the over-speed alarm,speed unit:km/h
• speed range:30-180km
• this function is off by default setting.
• after sending the command,it will reply: speed ok! Or nospeed ok

Checking Settings

Command:#TCP#
The device will reply : IMEI NO./WEBSITE:PORT NO./APN##/NETWORK STATUS/SIGNAL#POWER

Command:ST#
The device will reply:

• IMEI: 888xxxxxxxxx888
• ALM: 1(Alarm mode)
• VA: 0 (Vibration alarm on/off)
• OS: 0 （Over speed alarm on/off）
• LA: 0（Light perception alarm on/off）
• HBT: 10 (Heartbeat packet time)
• LANG: 1（language）
• GMT: E8 (time zone)

Command:QP#
The device will reply:

• IMEI: 8888888888XXXX8
• APN: CMNET
• IP: a.gps903.net/7700
• LMT,0#
• CENTER:
• SOC4: 1
• GSM: 30
• GPS: SLEEP
• BAT: 4.2

Reboot device

Command:RESET#

• The device will restart itself without changing any settings

Initialization

Command: begin+123456

• This is to make all settings back to the factory default,except the IP.
• Only the center number has the right to operate.

Track Your device

By computer
Log in to the internet platform: www.gps903.net (international)

1. Click IMEI (1)
2. Select language (2)
3. Login: Enter the IMEI number of the device (on the device housing, packaging box, after sending the ST# or QP# command) (3)
4. Password: Input password (default:123456) (4) After first login, You should change password for better protection.
5. Click „GO” to log into the platform.

By phone

• App name: GPSONE
• The application can be found in the IOS App Store or Google Play. You can also scan the QR code on the www.gps903.net platform.
• Login by entering the IMEI number
  The default password is 123456
  After logging in, the password must be changed

GeoFence

After logging in to the application or platform, you can set up an electronic notification zone. After setting the zone, the application and the platform will show a notification every time the locator crosses the zone border. To set press OPTIONS and then “Electric”.
Note: Even though GeoFence is set up, the device will not send SMS as an alarm. The alarms are visible only in the “Device_message” interface. The app can send push-up notifications, however, you should set no battery optimization for the GPS ONE app.
