- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not use a fan in the window. Rain may cause electrical hazards (for non‑window models).
- Do not operate the fan with blade guards or any safety device removed.

only a 2‑slot receptacle (B) is available.
For connecting a 3‑prong grounding‑type plug to a 2‑slot receptacle, use an ADAPTER (C). The grounding lug (C1) extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground with the Metal Screw (D) such as a properly grounded outlet box (E).
The adapter should not be used if a 3‑slot grounded receptacle is available.
DO NOT DEFEAT THE SAFETY PURPOSE OF EITHER A GROUNDED PRONG OR A GROUNDING LUG

USAGE
- Fan Operation: Always operate the fan in the upright position following all instructions and recommendations listed in this manual.
- Fan Location: Place the fan in the area of the room that will provide proper fan cooling.
- Fan Connection: Plug the fan directly into 120 volts A.C., 60 Hz wall outlet. Be sure the plug fits tightly in the outlet. A loose connection may cause overheating and damage to the plug or fan.
- Note: To prevent overloading a circuit, do not plug the fan into a circuit that is servicing other electrical needs.
- Turning Fan On: Place the fan on a stable level surface. Plug the fan into a properly grounded outlet. To start the fan, turn the switch from the OFF position to the desired fan speed.
- Turning Fan Off: To turn the fan off, turn the switch from the current fan speed setting to the off position. Remove the plug from the outlet.
- Adjusting Fan Tilt: To adjust the tilt angle, use supplied knob wrench to loosen the adjustment screw. After adjustment, retighten the adjustment screw. Save the knob wrench for future use.

CAUTION
Before cleaning the fan be sure to disconnect power cord from the plug. Clean
the grille surface with a clean damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemical or

Some models come with a plug where you can replace a fuse. If your model has
this, please read and follow the below instructions to replace the fuse.
This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an overload or short-circuits situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Replace the fuse as per the user servicing instructions (follow product marking for proper fuse rating) and check the product. If the replacement fuse blows, a short‑circuit may be present and the product should be discarded or returned to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
