Control Overview
Safety precautions
- This manual is only for maintenance professionals reference.
- Non-professionals do not disassemble the machine, So as not to cause injury to the adult body
- Please turn off and unplug the power cord when the appliance is maintained.
- Please use the same type of parts and components in the machine during repair and replacement parts.
Tips for disassembling
- During repair, the parts should be disassembled according to actual n eeds.
- During repair, please pay more attention to each spare part in order to avoid damage, especially to prevent PCB from static electricity damage.
- After repair, assemble each part in reverse order. wrong-assembling and miss-assembling should be forbidden.
- During repair, please pay more attention to safety when test appliance with electricity.

DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Before you start dismantling!
For your safety be sure the plug is disconnected from the mains! If installation, perform the reverse operation, then test the basic functions accordingly.
- Take the Front cover/Filter/Wick/water tank/the front cover of water tank out and remove 4pcs screws
- Remove five screws from the base, take out the base cover , three Ball hole plugs and DC JACK cover, then remove 2pcs screws and 2pcs fixing parts, finally remove 2pcs screws from HALL board.
- Remove 8pcs screws from the real cover and 4pcs screws from the top cover, then take out the sensor cover, three filter balls, three springs, the cable of DC Jack and the cable of the control PCBA.
- Take out the sensor and remove two screws from the temperature and humidity sensor, then take out the cable of the sensor ,the cable of HALL board and Hall board, remove 8pcs screws from lower filter housing and the related parts.
- Remove 8pcs screws from the upper filter housing and the related parts
- . Remove the related parts from the fan.
- . Remove 5pcs screws from the Impeller bracket cover and 3pcs screws from the motor
- Remove 3cs screws from the Rubber buffer and take out the cable of motor and Impeller bracket
- Remove 6pcs screws from the top cover and take out the Light Guide
- Remove 4pcs screws from the control board and take out the Light ring band.
