Quick-change Platens

Product Usage Instructions

Print on Polyester & Cotton

1. Load the garment onto the platen securely.
2. Select the desired design on the touchscreen interface.
3. Follow on-screen prompts to adjust settings if necessary.
4. Initiate the printing process and let the Ri4000 complete the pretreatment automatically.
5. Wait for the printing process to finish and remove the printed garment carefully.

Print on Dark Polyester

1. Prepare the dark polyester garment for printing.
2. Load the garment onto the platen ensuring proper alignment.
3. Select the appropriate settings for dark polyester printing on the touchscreen.
4. Initiate the printing process and allow the Ri4000 to handle the pretreatment automatically.
5. Once printing is complete, remove the garment and cure it as per instructions.
