Installation
Choice of Location
- Select a location with a suitable range to the electrical devices that are to be connected.
- Ensure a solid contact for a proper power supply.
Push button defintion
- FUN: Press the FUN key to display in sequence of temperature control → F01→F02→F03→F04 modes. And also to confirm the setting and exit the setting.
- SET: Press the SET key to set the data under current display mode, when data blinking, ready for setting
- UP means + for setting the data
- DOWN means – for seeting the data
Thermostat-controlled (Heating mode): is blinking
- When Start temperature lower than Stop temperature means the controller is heating.
- When live measured temperature is lower than Start temperature the outlet is power ON, the indicator LED is blue on.
- When live measured temperature is higher than Stop temperature the outlet is power OFF, the indicator LED is off.
- Temperature setting range: -40°C bis 120°C.
Thermostat-controlled (Cooling mode): is blinking
- When Start temperature higher than Stop temperature means the controller is cooling.
- When live measured temperature is higher than Start temperature the outlet is power ON, the indicator LED is blue on.
- When live measured temperature is lower than Stop temperature the outlet is power OFF, the indicator LED is off.
- Temperature setting range: -40°C bis 120°C.
F01 Cycle timer mode
- ON time means after this hour and minute the outlet is power ON, the indicator LED is blue on.
- OFF time means after this hour and minute the outlet is power OFF, the indicator LED is off
- It will keep working in cycles
- For example ON is 0.08 and OFF is 0.02, the power be ON after 8 minutes and work then for 2 minutes..
- Press the FUN button to choose this display. Press and hold FUN for 3 seconds to activate this mode. The indicator LED is blue on.
- Press FUN for 3 seconds long to exit this mode. The indicator LED is off.
F02: countdown ON mode
- CD ON means after this hour and minute counting down.
- The device starts to work after CD ON time ends. For example, set CD ON 0.05, the devive starts to work after 5 minutes
- Press the FUN button, to choose this display. Press and hold FUN for 3 seconds to activate this mode. The CD ON is blinking.
- Press FUN for 3 seconds long to exit this mode.
F03: countdown OFF mode
- The device starts to work after CD OFF time ends. For example, set CD ON 0.05, the devive starts to work immediately and shut off after 5 minutes
- Press the FUN button, to choose this display. Press and hold FUN for 3 seconds to activate this mode. The CD OFF is blinking.
- Press FUN for 3 seconds long to exit this mode.
F04: countdown ON/OFF mode
- After CD ON time ends and stop working after CD OFF time ends. For example, set CD ON 0.02 and CD OFF 0.05 the device will start to work after 2 minutes, then work for 5 minutes and stop working.
- Press the FUN button, to choose this display. Press and hold FUN for 3 seconds to activate this mode. The CD OFF is blinking.
- Press FUN for 3 seconds long to exit this mode.
Temperature calibration
- Unplug the Temperatur controller from the outlet and plug in again, before the initial screen off, press and hold FUN for 2 seconds
- Use + and – to adjust the displayed temperature to be correct (you may need to have other calibrated temperature measure device to have the correct temperature information. Press SET to confirm the setting
- The calibration range is – 9.9 °C~9.9 °C.
Memory function
All the settings will be saved even when power is off.
Factory setting
By holding and press the + and – button together for 3 seconds, the screen
will turn to initial display and restore to the factory settings.
Getting Started
- Check all connections and fastenings.
- Switch on the temperature controller.
- Ensure that the temperature controller delivers the expected output.
Maintenance & Care
- Regular inspection: Check the temperature controller regularly for damage and dirt.
- Checking the cabling: Regularly check the cable connections and plug connectors for corrosion and tightness.
