Product Usage Instructions
Solar Panel Mesh Straight Side Installation:
- Measure the length of the solar panel with a tape measure.
- Cut the solar panel mesh according to the panel length with a wire cutter.
- Compare the height of the solar panel and the solar panel mesh.
- Fold the extra height of the solar panel mesh at a 45-degree angle with a square wooden rod.
- Put the hook side of J-hook through the mesh, and hook it to the panel frame.
- Sleeve the speed washer through the rod of J-Hook, then tighten it against the mesh.
- Bend the J-hook rod upwards with hands.
- Cut off the excess portion of the J-hook rod with pliers.
- Add J-hook and secure speed washer to fix overlapping meshes according to steps 5-8.

- Measure to determine where the bend will go with a tape measure.
- Cut the mesh a straight slit near the rooftop in the corner part with a wire cutter.
- Bend the mesh along the slit at a 90-degree angle and place it around the corner.
- Fasten the outside corner mesh and solar panel with J-hooks and speed washers.
- Tie the small solar panel mesh and corner solar panel mesh in place with corner zip ties.
- Cut off the excess portion of the zip ties on solar panel meshes with a wire cutter.
Solar Panel Mesh Internal Corner Installation:
- Match the mesh and solar panel corner to determine the position of the internal corner of the mesh.
- Cut a 45-degree slit at the solar panel mesh bottom with pliers.
- Bend two ends of the mesh in opposite directions to overlap the cut ends.
- Secure both ends of the inside corner solar panel mesh with J-hooks and speed washers.
- Lock the bottom slit with zip ties. And cut off the excess portion with a wire cutter.
